The Town house is in the resort of Regal Palms,Davenport and has 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms with tvs in all rooms with WiFi and Internet. Within 5 to 10 mins walking distance from complex centre which has pools,lazy river, water slide,outdoor and indoor jacuzzi,volleyball court,playground and beauty saloon, bbq area,outside bar,restaurant and bar in clubhouse, fully equipped gym.Family friendly facilities. Close to all Disney Theme Parks 20 mins away.
Publix supermarket 10 mins away.
Car parking for two cars.
The house has recently been re- decorated with new carpets throughout and two new sofas have been installed in the lounge area and fully equipped kitchen.
There is a daily resort fee of $22.00 payable to the resort on arrival.
