This spacious, modern house is located just minutes from Walt Disney World® Resort as close as you can get! Perfect for large families or groups, this beautiful home sleeps up to 14 people and has 6 bedrooms all with their own TVs, 4 bathrooms and its own private south facing swimming pool plus jacuzzi for you to enjoy. Its south-facing aspect means that it has sunshine all day long, however there is also shade for those who enjoy an opportunity to cool off under the covered lanai! The large garage has been converted into a fun-packed games room with something for children of all ages, including air hockey and a pool table. Relax in comfort with your own space away from crowded hotels where you can enjoy a 'home away from home' experience. A spacious, newly upgraded gourmet kitchen awaits you with stainless steel appliances, stunning dining room, comfortable lounge area with air conditioning and free High-speed WiFi is included.   Private parking is available on the driveway immediately to the front of the home.   Guests enjoy access to the house for their exclusive use during their stay, and have complementary access to the generous on-site Resort Club House facilities (Note: resort pool due to be refurbished in September 2024 so will not be available). Create your own special vacation memories at this wonderful home in a well-established resort with gate-guarded entrance for security with on-site water park, which includes a free-form pool, water slides, spa, fitness center, internet, games room, children's playground, putting area, sand volleyball, basketball, movie theatre and small grocery store, all just a 5-minute walk from the house within the gated community itself. Pool heat can be provided for an additional fee if requested. Regret no smoking and no pets permitted. Parking on site limited to three cars as per HOA guidelines.

Great Vacation Rental

Our family of 11 had a wonderful vacation at this home. It was close to all the Disney parks and about 25 minutes to Universal Studios. A Super Walmart store is nearby but was very busy. We loved the pool and the resort amenities. Would rent again if we visit the area again.

Sparkling clean, amazing access to parks!

Closer to the parks than anywhere. Very clean house with comfy beds and a great pool area. The hot tub was very relaxing after long days at Disney.

Over all we had a good experience. It is soacious, and is in great location. The amenities are ver good as well. A few things were broken or not working properly. The house needs a tune up to match the listing price.

Nice property, could use a few upgrades cosmetically but overall nice property. We are from Canada so the pool heat could have been a bit warmer but the pool was fine on the hotter days. The jets in the hottub didn’t work still pumped out hot water which was good just no jets.

Family Vacation

The house location is idea and near all major attractions. It was very comfortable for a family of 13 but the cleanliness of the home was disappointing. We had to wash linens before using them and even buy sheets and pillow cases because the master bedroom has blood spots on the linens. Dishes weren't cleaned and the patio furniture also has blood stains. Nothing in the game room properly except the pool table. After the cleaning we enjoyed the pool and the property amenities which were awesome!

Dated property in need of some TLC

Good for families, however, old and damaged furniture (we had to fix the dinning room chair legs as they were loose and a hazard), black mold in one of master showers, green algae around brick pavers in pool area and weeds growing around pool deck pavers, freezer drawer in fridge would not pull out all the way out, oven grate was not for this oven and just laid on the bottom of the oven. This property was an economical one to stay at, but was in need of updating and repairs - definitely not as imaged on the VRBO website.

I was not satisfied at all with the cleanliness of the home. Towels were dirty, 2 of the bathroom sinks were filled with dirty water, the door handle to the patio door was broken. in the game room the gaming system was missing the cord so kids couldn't play and half of the electrical in the playroom wasn't working and many more things but I'm sure you can get the picture, Oh and the pool wasn't ready to swim when we arrived we had to wait an additional 2 hours and we didn’t check in right 4 so this should have been done prior to our arrival

Fabulous Family Fun

This property was just fine… we rented it with no reviews available, bit scary… but the house was exactly like the Ad said… it was in the best location.. we had Wifi issues, but it was dealt with right away. The house is a rental and it’s not going to be perfect, renters come and go constantly. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay at the property again. The community amenities were nice, very easy to access and it was a way to relax outside of the busy theme park days. The location in respect to Walmart and the Disney Parks was excellent.
