Located in the heart of the tourist district of Orlando this unit gives easy access to the Orlando Convention Center, Sea World, International Drive and is minutes away from Universal Studios and Disney.
The gated resort community is the Isles of Cay Commons and the unit overlooks Lake Cay with nightly fireworks. Ammenites include two club houses and two pools, a game room and sauna. There are also great walking paths, putting green, barbecue grill and picnic area available for guests.
The condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom is self contained and has a King size bed. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have King and Queen size beds respectively and share a full bathroom. The couch in the living room also pulls out to provide a full size bed. Stainless steel kitchen appliances.
Each room contains a flat screen television with cable and wireless internet access. There is Playstation II and Blue ray player available for playing DVD's and accessing online movie accounts.

Attending nearby convention and this was a short walk or drive away. Even close to all the attractions for our free time. From the balcony you can see the Epcot Fireworks. Quite comfortable and the description is accurate.

Location! Location!

We love Vista Cay and stay here often. This condo was one of our favorites! Walking distance to Publix. Quiet but close to the hustle and bustle of Orlando. Roberta was communicative with getting us information to get started and we had no need for anything else!

We stayed at the condo to be near the Orange County Convention Center for a volleyball tournament. Excellent location as it only took us five minutes to get to the South concourse parking lot. The condo is also conveniently located next to Publix. The owner is super responsive. The only drawback was that the garbage disposal went caput before our arrival and wouldn’t turn on during our stay. We learned about this during the weekend, and by the time it could be fixed, it was Monday, which was the day we were leaving. We leveraged the higher end of the sink and dishwasher, so it wasn’t the end of the world. Overall, the condo was very comfortable. As a plus, we could see fireworks over the theme parks from the living room. Very cool!

A Wonderful Getaway!

We greatly enjoyed our stay here in Orlando. This spot was in very good location for Disney, Seaworld, or Orlando Studios. There was a Publix nearby and a few local restaurants that were delicious. We even found it close enough to get to the beach for an impromptu trip in under an hour. Our host was very friendly and responsive. We would definitely recommend staying here and we would stay here again ourselves.

Really enjoyed this property. Check in was easy and access to the community was also simple. Unit was clean and comfortable. Overlooks a lake with an alligator and a nice view of sea world. I would stay here again without a doubt.

Everything was great. Place was bigger than the pictures (that's good) made it seem to be. There was no sleeper sofa (only sofa), but everything still worked out. Kitchen was well stocked. Had everything we needed for a great vacation. Highly recommended.

Way better than any hotel

We have stayed at many hotels throughout the years of coming to Orlando. Never again! This condo was perfect for our needs! Perfect area, super clean, super nice neighborhood. Owner was very responsive!

Good location for Convention

Host Roberta was quick to respond to all inquiries. We enjoyed our stay and the location works out great for convention attendees. The condo met our needs and had a great view of lake and amusement park in the distance. The 3 bedrooms and two baths with a full kitchen gave us plenty of room to spread out. The condo has carpet in most of the rooms and looked worn, (most likely it’s frequently used as a rental unit) but everything was very clean. Because of the location, excellent communication with host, and cleanliness, we would recommend staying at this condo. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Enjoyed Our Stay

Condo looks just like the photos. Kitchen was stocked with neccessities. We did have one issue that Roberta was quick to address and resolve. Condo is in an ideal location and convenient to Universal Studios and Disney Springs. Having an elevator in the building was great due to condo being located on the 3rd floor. You can see the fireworks from Sea World off in the distance at closing time.

Vista Cay Lakefront Condo

My husband, daughter, and I stayed here for four nights. The condo is located on the third floor and you can take the steps or elevators. It’s a very safe community with a gated entrance. Theres a shopping center about a block away with Publix, Dunkin’ Donuts and several other restaurants and stores. We entered the condo with the digital key with no problem. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it’s stocked. There are plenty of towels and the beds/pillows were decent. The only two issues we had was the person upstairs had kids running around at 5am., which normally would be fine, but we had no sleep the day before. Luckily, that was the only day. The other issue we’re the small ants on the bathroom counter, but they were tiny and only a few of them. We were there for a conference at the Hyatt Regency and hoping it was a short walk, but it ended up talking 35 mins. We ended up just getting an Uber for the other day, which was around $7/trip. All in all, it was a great place and we would recommend it. The owner was pleasant and helpful.
