Luxury 6 Bdr Family Getaway~Private Pool

Spacious 6BR/6BA luxury home – one of the largest models in Champions Gate! Features an oversized private pool and spa, game room, open floor plan, and elegant design. Pet friendly and perfect for families or groups up to 14 guests.



Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen with slate appliances, quartz countertops, and a breakfast bar with stools. Relax in the spacious living room or the upstairs loft, both with large sectional sofas perfect for movie nights and family time.



The game room includes an air hockey and foosball table for everyone to enjoy. A convenient full bathroom downstairs connects the living room and the pool area, accessible from both inside and outside the home.



Bedrooms layout:

Downstairs – one King Master Bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

Upstairs – five bedrooms and four bathrooms:

- One King Master Bedroom with attached private bathroom.

- One Queen Master Bedroom with its own attached bathroom.

- One Mickey Mouse–themed room with an attached Jack-and-Jill bathroom shared with a second Queen Bedroom.

- One additional full bathroom located in the hallway.

- One Harry Potter–themed room with two double beds.



The home also includes a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer for guest use.

Luxury vinyl plank floors in bedrooms and tile throughout – no carpet.



Step outside to your private screened pool and spa, designed for privacy and relaxation. The screened enclosure provides seclusion from side neighbors, creating a peaceful atmosphere with no direct views from nearby homes.



Located directly across from the children’s playground, soccer field, and basketball court – an excellent spot for families.

Guests enjoy free access to two resort clubhouses:

The Oasis Clubhouse – with lazy river, water slides, splash park, tiki bar, restaurant, gym, movie theater, game room, and more.

The Retreat Clubhouse – a short distance from the home, offering additional pools, slides, and family-friendly amenities.

***Useful information



* Booking guest must complete a pre-check-in form with ID to comply with local ordinances and HOA regulations . Full names of all staying guests are required to activate access codes and enter the community. Info is never shared or used for marketing.



* Self check-in with unique personal door code.



* Free Parking for 2 cars inside the garage + 2 spaces at driveway. Commercial Vehicles, RVS, Trailers, Buses, Golf Carts or Boats are not allowed.



* Toiletries: A small selection of toiletries is provided meant to ensure a comfortable transition upon your arrival, should you require additional toiletries, condiments and any provisions it will be necessary for you to purchase them independently.



* Parties/Events are not allowed in the house.



* Please be aware that the heated pool is an optional service, the temperature will be set at 90F max, the pool heater is designed for mild weather and may not effectively heat the pool in cold conditions. Refunds are unfortunately not available if the pool doesn't reach your ideal temperature due to cold weather.

The heater has a built-in safety system that shuts off automatically during cold weather to protect the equipment (below 50F). Please keep in mind that pool heating is an optional service and may not always be available.

* We have a Ring video doorbell at the front door. No recording devices are placed inside, or with any view of the interior of the property.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

- BBQ Grill: $85 flat fee for the entire stay, one propane tank included.

- Pets: Up to 2 (max 40 lbs each). 3rd small pet may be allowed. $125 each.

- Playpen Rental (Pack and Play): $35 flat fee for the entire stay.

- Crib Rental: $45 flat fee for the entire stay.

- High Chair Rental: $35 flat fee for the entire stay.

- Early Check-in/ Late check out from $60, depending on time requested and availability.

- Heated Pool: $175 up to 5 days stay, $35 per additional day, must be contracted and paid for the entire stay.

- Extra guests: Max 2 at $25 per person/night. No additional bedding or accommodations provided.

- Left items:  We are not responsible for left items. Held for max 2 weeks.



INDEMNITY: By making this reservation the guest will indemnify and save harmless the Owner, the Management Company or Manager from any and all damage, loss, expense, claim, action or liability of any kind whatsoever, or however caused including, without limitation, a claim of any kind by any member of the Guest party. The guest is responsible for any damage of any kind to the property caused or contributed to by the guest, members of the guest party or by invitees of the guest. All Guests in your party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Guests and Host.

My birthday weekend.....

The property was beautiful!!!! The property manager and security guards were very nice. The check in process was quick and easy. There is no better place I could have spent my birthday weekend!!!
