Overall good stay

Overall the stay was good. Home showing some signs of wear and tear. Positives: close to things, neighbors not right on top of you, pool lanai has privacy as it's a natural area abutting the back yard. Bedroom floors recently replaced and nice. Kitchen well stocked. Negatives are minor but some traffic noise, only 1 towel per person provided for the week and no wash cloths. 3rd bathroom toilet seat was broken and loose on one side. Non fitted sheets on beds. Some of the vertical blinds missing on patio door. Minor stuff but could be better.

Not again

I’ll start off with the good. Great location in neighborhood. Pool and hot tub very warm, felt amazing. Now the bad. Dryer was not working when we got there. It was not fixed for a few days. Communication with the management team regarding this was horrible. They sent someone to come fix it five minutes before they were no longer working that could not even fix it. Was told I would get a call in the morning regarding someone coming to fix it. They never contacted me that morning or by themselves again and entered the home without telling me while we were gone. There has to be a leak in the pool somewhere because every couple of days the pool water would go down by a couple of inches. The pool filter did not work so I had to skim the top of the water to get bugs out every single time I swam. The pool left us feeling slimy as I doubt there was ever any chlorine added to it, and it was not a saltwater pool. To be completely honest, my problem was with the Management and their communication. They did refund us a little bit of money, but the hassle in dealing with them was not worth staying here.

Schönes Haus Idyllisch am Waldrand

Sehr schönes Haus das zwar schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen ist aber sehr gut in Schuss ist. Die Lage am Waldrand ohne direkten Nachbarn war sehr schön und ruhig. Außerdem ist es in Florida etwas besonderes das man nicht 5 Meter weiter den nächsten Pool hat. Bei unserer Ankunft hat der Türcode den wir bekommen haben nicht gepasst aber obwohl es schon 22:30 war ist sofort jemand bei der Notfallnummer an das Telefon gegangen und hat uns mit einem neuen Code Zugang verschafft. Die Hausverwaltung hat uns dann auch bei Problemen mit der Klimaanlage am Sonntag innerhalb von 30 Minuten einen Techniker geschickt. Die Ausstattung war komplett mit Spülmittel, Spülmaschinen Tabs, Seife usw. Hier hat jemand mitgedacht.Unser Fazit:Nach 12 mal in Florida können wir behaupten das dies der beste Service war und die Lage außergewöhnlich positiv.Eine klare Empfehlung!,
