Welcome to this pair of TWO 10 Bedroom/10 Bath Pool Homes side by side situated in one of the best luxury resort community in central Florida Encore Club at Reunion with State of Art water park and 3 onsite restaurants.

Just refreshed and restocked in January 2019. Whether you are planning for family reunion or corporate outing, This fully equipped 10 bedroom luxury vacation villa will afford you and your guests comfort and luxury for a memorable vacation. Providing combined 8580 sqare ft of air conditioned living space, this luxurious villa offers ample space for all your guests to gather and privacy when you need it at night.

Our home is professionally furnished and decorated, large screen LED TV in family room and all bedrooms. Cable TV and high-speed WiFi internet are complimentary for our guests. Large pool deck has spacious covered lanai and heated pool and spa for you to rewind and entertain after a long day at scheme park.

Just minutes from Disney, and easy access to many great restaurants of the Formosa area of Kissimmee, Encore Club at Reunion provides one of the best amenities in central FL including theme park style aqua park, 16,000 SF clubhouse with full service bar and fast casual restaurant, private dining, sports and fitness center. Encore Club offers complimentary shuttle services to Disney, Universal and SeaWorld. If you are in a mood for a round of golf, there are several first class golf courses minutes from our home.

On ground floor, we have a wheelchair accessible master suite (please note that there is a 2" lip on the front entrance doorway), and 2 oversized king master suites. On 2nd floor there are 3 king suites, a huge double queen suite, 1 full/full bunk bedroom and 2 double twin bedrooms. Our Villas can accommodate up to 44 people in beds!

The Kitchen is equipped with granite count tops and 2 full size stainless fridges. There are pull up bar seating in the kitchen beside 2x 8 seating dining tables and 2x6 seating patio tables.

2 sets of Washer/dryers, and 2 dishwashers are provided, so are 2 strollers, 2 high chairs & 2 Pack ’n’ Play cribs for the very young ones. Air conditioned game room has media room with Xbox one and Foosball table for our guests' enjoyment when you come home from theme park visit.

You're close to all world renowned attractions, Disney is 10 mins, Universal Studio/Island of Adventure and Sea World/Discovery Cove are 30 mins, Busch Gardens is 1 hour, LegoLand is 45 mins, Interstate 4 is just a couple of mins away from our home.

The state of art 16,000 sq.ft. clubhouse is the centerpiece in this resort, it includes a huge resort-style pool completed with exciting water slides – perfect for families to enjoy for hours. When it’s time for a drink or a bite to eat, the onsite restaurant & Lounge will serve both your favorite libation along with a tempting menu for poolside dining. With all the latest in cardio and strength building equipment, the fitness center will keep you tone while on vacation. For some friendly competition, there are sand volleyball courts, lighted tennis courts, as well as a multi-purpose sports court. The entire pool deck is equipped with wireless internet. In addition, a sundry shop is located in the clubhouse along with children's activity center if you need to pick up something quickly.

40 of us stayed in 2 houses for the weekend for a family wedding. House was laid out perfectly, pool was amazing, everyone had a great time. The host was wonderful, answering questions before the weekend, would definitely recommend.

The facilities were excellent and Shawn was always quick to respond to questions. One of the pools was too hot to use, but the property management got on it as quickly as they could. The kitchen could be better supplied with utensils and pans.

AC Units in both houses

My family enjoyed both houses. The only complaint that we all experienced were too warm in both houses. One of the house rule was that we couldn’t adjust the AC unit below 72’ degrees. I highly recommend that you install ceiling fans in each room. Overall we had a great time.

Family Reunion Win!

42 of us shared two houses. Plenty of space, 2 refrigerators in each house, lots of bathrooms, great amenities. Water park was fun for all!Downside: A/C couldn't keep up and stayed between 76 and 78 upstairs most of the time (even with technicians' visit), there were only a couple fans per house (more would've alleviated the need for so much A/C), and both houses' TVs upstairs in the open areas didn't work (too focused on the A/C to remember to report it). All things considered, I'd still stay there again. I would just bring fans!

Everything was well with the property with the exception of the AC. The upstairs bedrooms were extremely hot and uncomfortable. We call maitenece and they stated the homes need a bigger HVAC unit upstairs. This needs to be fixed ASAP.

Perfect family reunion for 34 of us!

34 of us stayed for a week. Great location- easy to from airport. Lots to do on the resort property, wonderful restaurants on premises two houses each with pool and spa. Great water park on premises and a large beach volleyball area. Would highly recommend

Everything eventually panned out

The check-in process was very aggravating. We didn't get to check in until an hour or two after our check in time because we didn't get the information until after the check in time had passed. It was apparently sent to the property manager's email(?)We had to call the customer service center several times because the door codes wouldn't work. We rented 3 different houses. We had to leave someone in each one so we wouldn't get locked out while waitingon the codes. Make sure, if you rent more than one unit, ask them to set the codes to be the same. After settling in, we found various things broken or inoperable. Only 1 house had a working television. It was the little things like this that were aggravating. Maintenance did show up the next day to recode the doors however, the televisions weren't able to be fixed. It had something to do with the internet and or the routers. They did comp us a couple of things to make up for the inconvenience. Everyone enjoyed the pools. We had more than enough room. If you stay, make sure you bring your own paper products and cleaning supplies as it isn't guaranteed these items will be available on your first night. You will need BLACK garbage bags. I would upload pictures but the link isnt working oh...one more thing that was irritating...no one in my group could access the vrbo app after I made the final payment.

Senior Trip

We had 25 seniors (all but four were 18), we had two houses (boys house and girls house) with chaperones in each house. House and property was amazing - resort amenities were incredible. Wish the pool and hot tub at the house were heated, but didn't want to pay the daily cost for that. Overall - I would come back and stay in a heartbeat! Hoping to bring my own extended family to stay there!

Plenty of space!

This property has space upon space upon space. We rented 2 properties side by side and our party of 35 never felt crowded. Beds are clean, comfortable and plenty of space for everyone to lounge or play cards. Pools can be heated (definitely recommend for Nov) and the amenities are great! Only complaint is small details like curtains missing, lights burnt out and the direct tv did not work during our stay.

Great for a large family reunion

We had a great family reunion! The houses side by side were so convenient. All the amenities are walking distance. Having a bathroom for each bedroom made things so comfortable. House came with a keurig and well stocked kitchen. Shawn was so responsive and accommodating. Had some wifi/plumbing issues. Jeeves resolved them. Sheets were all very clean. It gets a bit warm with so many people. So the standing fans provided in some closets are really helpful.

Great Stay for Mom-Son Disney Weekend

This was the perfect setting for 18 pairs of moms and sons to stay for a long weekend in Orlando. We were able to get the the parks easily (perhaps a bit more help ahead of time on the shuttle service would have helped us with car rental choices) The property had all the amenities we needed and the bathroom/bedroom ratio is perfect. I wish we had given ourselves more time to enjoy the pools. Iwould recommend this for anyone who is traveling in large groups!

Family Reunion!

We had a great time! 42 in two houses - enough space for everyone! The ADA first floor bathroom suite was perfect for our 94 year old Abuelo and the pack & plays, cribs for our littles was so helpful! Played in the pools until the Water Park opened at 11, which was fantastic for all of us to enjoy!

Family Reunion at Kissimmee

This was a wonderful property for a large family reunion. We had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and loved the resort amenities. The only things that I wish would have been better were stronger internet access, the ability to lower the house temperatures below 72 degrees (it was very hot in the houses at some points), updated furniture (we had problems with older dining room chairs breaking), and more communication about how to check in to the resort. However, none of those things would deter me from renting here again. Our family created some really special memories and I would 10/10 recommend to others!

A hidden gem!

This is a fantastic spot if you are planning a family reunion or planning on having a large gathering or team stay at this property. Home is well maintained and very clean. I highly recommend.
