House was just as expected and described. Loved the central location! Recommend if staying visiting Discovery Cove to swim with the dolphins and then a relaxing day in the water! Dawn and Jeff are great hosts!

Lovely home! All the rooms were well decorated and very comfortable. WiFi and appliances all worked well and we really enjoyed our time at our home away from home.The property owner addressed any issues we had very quickly…. And even went the extra mile to have a drying rack delivered for our use!Unfortunately the pool had a leak and that required adding new water periodically which kept it cooler than we could comfortably use. That was addressed and fixed the day we were leaving, so while it was unfortunate timing for us, it should be good to go for the next guests!

Amazing home and great location
The home was warm and inviting from the minute we arrived. Everything was easy and taken care of prior to arrival. The owners/managers were so easy to work with. The house is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood and quiet street. Close to all yhe amenities but just outside the hustle and bustle of Orlando!
Everything was clean and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone as a wonderful home away from home to vacation. The hotub/pool and game room completely satisfied our childrens needs. We cannot wait for our next visit!

The Real Deal
There are 5 stars and there are 5 stars. We have stayed in 5 over the years and this is a real 5 star. It's fully stocked with all the amenities, close to all local shopping, close to Disney etc. Great neighborhood. Backs on to the golf course. The owner and management company responded to any concerns (which were very little) within minutes. You won't be disappointed.D&D

2021 annual Orlando golf trip

Highlands reserve perfect Orlando location
We love staying in Highlands Reserve, close to Disney and Universal parks, this villa on Birkdale was in a quiet location, good size property enough rooms and space for small or large family, this villa has all the amenities you want from a villa, we even saw a wild Racoon in a tree out the front, this villa backs onto the golf course too great if you love this sport and want to be close to a golf course.

Great accomodations!
We snagged this home as a last minute decision and feel like we really lucked out. Great location, well-appointed home with plenty of separate space for everyone. Very clean inside and in the pool area. Property manager was great to communicate with. We would stay here again!
Only suggestion would be a new shower head in the master bath.

Best rental home for our family!
The home was really clean, nicely furnished. The pool with screen room was nice and really clean. The house was well stocked with towels and kitchen items. It was close to Disney, Universal and Islands of Adventure. Two master suites fit our needs perfectly. Loved how quiet it was in the neighborhood and even though the homes are super close it was very quiet because it backs up to a golf course. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely spacious house perfect for relaxing after the craziness of the theme parks!
Beautiful house, lovely pool, nice quiet neighbourhood and views to golf course. Perfect place to decompress after Disney. Lots of great places to eat on the way there and shop locally. We had a great time and the house was perfect for our family of 5, could easily accommodate more guests though. Took about 20mins to half an hr to Disney depending on traffic, universal was about 45 mins away. Kennedy is an hr and a half away but easy drive and a must. Overall great holiday thank you!
