Starter Supplies Provided: To help you settle in, we offer a starter pack of essentials: laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags, one roll of toilet paper and bar soap per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels for the kitchen. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items and any personal supplies needed beyond the starter pack.



Rental Agreement & Guest Registration: The primary guest must review and electronically sign a short‑form rental agreement. State and county rules also require an accurate list of all occupants (names and ages) for the stay.



Security Deposit Policy: We will place a credit-card hold two days before check‑in and release it within ten days after check‑out if no damages or missing items are reported. After booking, you’ll receive an information request; before arrival, we’ll send a secure link to swipe your card. No deposit is charged at booking.



Allergy‑Friendly Environment: To protect guests with severe allergies, pets and other animals are not permitted anywhere on the property.
