    To get complete access to the resort's amenities for your family group (NOT PER PERSON) at $20 + TAX(22.40) per night paid at the front desk upon check-in.

Convenient for my stay

Very clean place with a good location. The resort the house is in also has a very nice gym, which was convenient. Check-in instructions were clear and helped me avoid headaches.

Could’ve been way better if they cared.

Location and house itself is really good with a really nice resort in the community, however couches had either cat or dog hair on it, TVs do NOT work, part of the sectional couch was taking up space in one of the rooms, dirty linen and laundry was left behind. Bath towels needs to be replaced so we went to Walmart to purchase new towels and bed sheets because they were unsatisfactory, closet doors are falling apart, stairs are in terrible condition, all in all we were very disappointed and displeased with the cleanliness of this unit. Biggest problem were those old dirty coaches down stairs that we weren’t unable to sit on because of the smell and condition. House needs some serious tender loving care. God Bless

I'd give ZERO stars if I could

Property was dirty upon arrival. Kitchen was infested with ants. Recording devices are in the interior of the home and records 24/7, if you try to unplug it it sounds an alarm. Recorded my wife and I during private time in our master bedroom. Second entrance into the condo that goes right into my 10 year old daughters room was left unlocked and barricaded with half of the living room couch. It took us several days before we realized it was unsecured because the couch was crammed in front of it. There was 1 roll of toilet paper and 2 garbage bags. When we tried to contact property manager AND VRBO with our issues noone ever got back to us. However when we ran past our check out time by 1 hour due to my wife, who has cancer, struggling in the heat they promptly called the police (who were lovely by the way, love our boys in blue). They sympathized with us as both my wife and I are also disabled army veterans and we were treated like trash by the property owners. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy and it is also a lie that the property was new. This property had so many complaints that they removed it from vacation rental platforms to hide the previous negative comments and ratings and then put it back up as a new listing. Never again.
