Great House Near Disney for Family Fun

Perfect!

We had a wonderful stay! Lots of room, comfortable beds, plenty of hot water & convenient to parks! Will stay again if in the area & recommend to anyone else I know coming to the area! We didn't have kids with us but great place for kids also.

Family Vacation

We were very pleased with our accommodations. The place was beautiful, spacious and clean. The children enjoyed the game room, pool and princess themed bedding. Everyone had their own bathrooms as well. Would definitely stay there again. 5 Star all the way!!!

Great stay

Thank you for a wonderful stay. Super close to Disney Park. The resort feels very secure and safe. The house was perfect for us, lots of space to spread around. Well equipped kitchen with pots etc. do bring some condiments if you plan to cook, super Walmart is around the corner for grocery shopping. We will be back!

Family stay, ages 3 to 70

Place was perfect, rooms were big, little kids loved the pool. Neighborhood was quite. The resort pool and sildes were nice. You can take your own drinks to resort pool which saved $$. Kids and grandparents liked the game room in the garage. Would highly recommend to anyone to stay here

Great Property, Great Host!

I stayed there with a bunch of adults and a few toddlers, and it was super comfy and great for the kids. In addition to using the pool at the house, we also took advantage of the neighborhood pool, which was great for the kids. The host was super responsive and helpful!

Great Location

This is our 2nd time staying here. We love the house, pool and the location. The house is very spacious for our family of 6. Laura keeps you updated from the time you book your stay all the way thru your stay. We highly recommend this house!!!

Family Christmas Vacation

Livin’ Great was perfect for us to enjoy a Disney area Christmas vacation with our kids and grandchildren. The house was large enough for our group of 12, and was fully furnished with everything. Communication with Laura was easy and she answered any questions quickly. I would highly recommend this home.

The property was perfect for our family right across from a park. Not far from the waterpark. The pool and hot tub were great used it every day. would definately go back.

We can't wait to return!!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful property! The house was everything we hoped for and more – spacious, spotless, and perfect for our whole family. With 5 comfortable bedrooms, everyone had plenty of space to relax.The private pool and BBQ area were definite highlights – we spent countless hours enjoying the sunshine and grilling meals together. The location is also fantastic, close to all the amenities we needed, but still quiet and private.Laura was a fantastic host – incredibly responsive and helpful from start to finish. Her communication made everything smooth and stress-free.We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation home and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

Excellent home for families - lots of room/privacy

This was the perfect home for our stay. The seven of us had plenty of room/privacy, the beds were comfortable, and the home is clean and well-stocked. We enjoyed the pool/grill/tv out back and had a great time. A huge Walmart is nearby (place a pick up order to avoid the crowds). Laura was very responsive and helpful! 5 stars!

Family Vacay

The home was clean and beautifully decorated. This was the perfect family friendly spot. We had young children and felt very safe with the pool fence and safety locks on the doors. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. Communication with Laura our host was seamless! Laura was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. Winter break

Our stay on this property was excellent. My husband and I were there for a month. The property was very clean, any issues we had was taken care of immediately which were few. My children and grandchildren came for a week and loved it. Besides the pool, there is a game room and a tv outside by the pool. Also they have almost everything you would need for an infant to a toddler. We all enjoyed our stay

Great place for kids

This was the perfect vacation home for our family with three toddlers. The home had strollers, pack and plays, booster seat, high chair, child gates, pool fence, and lots of space. There are two parks within walking distance and an open area to run and play right across the street. The game room was a playroom for all ages. The house was clean with a fully stocked kitchen. The pool and hot tub added hours of fun and relaxation. Only wish we could find homes like this in other places for the price!

I want to give this property a 1 star so I can have access to rent whenever I want to head back to Orlando. Everything about this property and experience was a 10!The communication with the property manager/owners from the moment the booking was made, response time, check-in process, cleanliness, supplies in the house, amenities (pool, gameroom...), and community and location - absolute homerun...We had a range of ages from 13-18 for kids along with adults and there wasn't a bored minute when we were just relaxing at the house. I would recommend this property every day of the week!!! Amazing experience and even better rental. Thank you -

Family Disney Vacation 2025

We had such a delightful stay at Livin_Great! Everything that you could think of was supplied for us. We had 12 people total, 5 adults & 7 children, 12 & under. This home not only had ample space for everyone, the owners also supplied extra strollers for our use, pool towels, and the kitchen was very well stocked. The game room was a hit with the kids, too! The patio/pool area was so nice with a big grill, table, many chairs and a TV which we used to watch the football playoff games while in the pool! The home was very clean and the gated neighborhood was really nice with the rec pool/water slide area. This home is conveniently located 15 min from Disney and a 5 min drive to a Walmart Super Store. The home definitely was one of the nicest we have stayed in over the years and the hosts Laura & Fred were very responsive to all our questions. We will tell everyone we know who is coming to the Disney area about this wonderful home. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Beautiful home, outside tv was the greatest, watch a game and swim at the same time, kitchen was well equipped, we did Universal and Disney so we didn't have the free time to use the community pool so it worked out having our private hot tub and pool.
