The landscaping team are on resort almost daily maintaining the highest of standards.
The villa is not far from Lake Berkley's nature walking trail. Lake Berkley is just about 8.3 miles away from Disney! The villa is rented out as a self-catering home.

Southview Villa lies in a quiet secluded enclave of luxurious private executive homes surrounded by wooded areas and three lakes. It is situated within the prestigious resort of Lake Berkley, a peaceful oasis and an ideal place to enjoy the tranquility away from the crowds and pamper yourself.


POOL :

It has its own private pool. There is an additional charge to heat the pool and spa, recommended Nov - May.

If you haven’t already requested the pool to be heated, you may do so for an extra $50 per day, 3 days minimum.
We need a minimum of 48 hrs. notice to turn on the pool heat.
Please remember, after the heater is ON, it takes about 12 to 24 hours for the water to be hot.
It will depend on the outside temperature.


BBQ GRILL:

Come have a cook-out with the backyard BBQ Grill ($40 cleaning fee to use during your stay. Propane not included). Please note, all extras or additional fees need to be paid prior to your arrival. Failure to pay and requests will not be honored.
