We would have enjoyed our stay as the rental was well stocked with towels and amenities however there was a stale smoky/musty smell inside this unit which caused us all to have allergic reactions while staying there. I do recommend this place if you don’t have allergies because it was very good otherwise. The manager was pretty responsive when we arrived and were having trouble with the door code so that was all good. The pools and hot tub were nice and the proximity to Disney World can’t be beat!

Disney Universal Family vaca

We had an overall pleasant stay at this VRBO. The property was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a beautifully equipped kitchen and a cozy living area perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The outdoor space was a lovely bonus, and we especially enjoyed the pool, patio and the ducks in the pond were a delight When we first arrived, there was a slight musty smell, but it dissipated once we aired out the space. Also, while the main bedroom had a comfortable bed, some of the other bedrooms had firmer mattresses that might not suit everyone’s preference. Despite these minor issues, we truly appreciated the location and the amenities provided. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making it an enjoyable experience overall. We'd consider returning for another visit!

Perfect location

This was the perfect location for all attractions. The place was clean, cozy, perfect for my family and the bonus was the clubhouse and the extended activities across the street (which is all a short walking distance). I would definitely stay here again next time, as we really enjoyed our stay!

Our condo was beautiful and well equipped with all we needed. Our host was excellent. He was very responsive. We had an issue with the Keurig coffee maker and it was immediately replaced. The location was great. It is only a few short minutes from the Disney parks. We highly recommend this property.

Softball Spring Training

We stayed in the area for our Softball Spring Training at ESPN Wide World of Sports. We found the property to be clean, quiet and convenient. Easy access to nearby commercial business and quick access to many of the Disney properties. We would consider staying here again for our next trip to the Orlando area.

Very Family Friendly

The condo was very comfortable and able to fit plenty of guests. It was clean upon arrival, accommodating to a wide variety of people, even providing a stroller and pack & play for guests with young kids. The pool was a short walk from the condo and was surrounded by luscious, Florida greenery. Each night was well slept with very comfortable beds. It is very close to all of Orlando’s attractions. We would definitely stay again!

The house was perfect for our family of six. We had plenty of room. Great location! Well furnished. Clean! Love that there was no carpet. Had a great stay and would definitely consider this property again if we were in the area.

Fabulous stay!

We were three friends in a girls trip to Orlando. The condo was lovely and clean. Nice to have the porch with table and chairs to relax at the end of the day. Pool area was quiet and clean. We did one Disney day and it was only a short drive away. Our host answered all of our questions promptly and was incredibly helpful! I’ll be coming back. ;)

Sweet Digs!!

From the moment we entered this sweet and spacious condo, we felt right at home. The decor is lovely with everything being clean and welcoming. The beds are super comfy as well as the rest of the furniture throughout the condo. The location, both within the resort itself and in relation to outside attractions, is right on point. Just minutes to everything Disney, a bit more than an hour to the ocean with loads of restaurants and shopping nearby make this the most convenient vacation spot!. Alex, the owner, was amazing and responded quickly to any questions we had. The perfect vacation overall and we will be back!

Enjoyed all but the upstairs guests

Upstairs neighbors/renters were a bit noisy and up all hours of the night often allowing us to hear them walking around. Also missing a pizza cutter in kitchen-feels essential for most kitchens these days. Other than that, our stay was wonderful. Great resort style location and nice amenities.

nice place but booking messed up !!!!

Everything seemed in order but one half hour before entry to unit was told there was an emergency. Owner was staying until Feb 28th !!! I was sent entry instructions on the 22 of Feb so had no idea I could not have the unit from Feb 25 to March 4 which I had reserved Feb 12, 2022 with initial payment. I had to explain to my family that we had no place to stay. Manager of unit was able to secure another unit but not as nice as the one I booked. I was able to move into original unit on 28th. There was no offer to make any remedy for the mistake on their part other than to put us in unit not as nice as the one we rented. I have rented many times with VRBO but this will make me check and double check my reservations !!!!

Colorful experience

The neighborhood is just the cutest little location I’ve had the pleasure of vacationing. The home was just what we needed for an easy commute to seaworld and all the other cool places nearby. We really enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend!!!
