We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Martin was a great host. The apartment was clean and the location was perfect for our family, a quick walk to the pool area, which was awesome especially for our little one. Restaurants, shopping, and Disney world nearby. My family had a wonderful time at this condo. It was everything as described in the photos. Well-decorated, fun being up on the fourth floor, well-equipped and the mattresses were so comfortable. I loved sitting out on the balcony in the morning enjoying a cup of tea. The community felt very safe. The water park looked like a lot of fun! My only issue was the pool. It’s a really nice one with a great concession stand and market. Unfortunately, we had to be there Easter week, so the pool was very crowded. But my grandkids didn’t seem to mind :) Next time, we’ll come when it’s quieter. We would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area. Oh, and the PacMan game was a real hit!

Very clean, nice, close to the pool, and quick response manager. Only thing is you have to pack or buy your own personal items and dish soap if you need to wash dishes... but overall is great place, close to everything.

Great location, on site amenities nice. Condo was nice and easy access to Orlando parks. Only negatives were the Pac Man had a cracked screen and so unable to use and sliding glass door latch was broken which is a little concerning.

Very nice apartment in a great location. Very close to the resort pool and clubhouse. Plenty of room inside, nice and modern. Good view of the lake. Couldn't fault anything. We landed really early in the morning and the owner was very kind in organising an early check in for us. We also organised and paid for a late checkout which wasn't expensive and saved us so much trouble. 10/10 and hopefully will be booking the same property again soon.

It was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool was awesome and had water slides and a splash pad that my son loved! It was a 10 minute drive to Disney so the location was great! My family of 5 loved our stay! The condo is located perfectly close but far enough away from the pool. Windsor Hills is a great property! The kids loved the space and ability to connect to our netflix account. The bathrooms were spacious and worked well. Kitchen had tons of tools and the washer dryer came in handy! The Walmart is massive but super busy. We will be back!

We had a great stay in this condo. The kitchen was perfect for us, the beds were comfortable, and the deck was very relaxing!!! There was enough towels to go around for showers and the pool. The drive to grocery stores, Target, Ross Dress for Less was quick and painless. The drive to Disney World quick. Martin was very communicative so we didn’t have any issues!! Thanks for a great day we will be back!

Our stay here was good. The location is central to the parks and all things Disney. The community is nice, the condo was very clean. We were given essentials, toilet paper and soap , but only 1 trash bag in the can no others. The vibe in general for the condo was fine, I would say the smell initially wasn’t fresh, maybe it hasn’t been used in a while. The beds seem aged and linens were ages as well. If you are looking for luxury this isn’t your place, but for family trip on a budget, this place was clean and we felt safe.

Property was cozy, clean and easy to find. Close to main gate and pool (such a plus) Quiet at night (another plus). I use VRBO a lot and some rentals do not store many supplies. Owner listed what was being offered in pre-check in email and I just packed extras from home in luggage (usually extra garbage bags and toilet paper) or just go to dollar store before/after checking in. Kitchen very well supplied with pans, pots, cups, plates etc. Many restaurants, Publix and Walmart were close by. Short travel time to parks. Appreciated the owner keeping us informed of property being we were arriving the Friday after the hurricane. Thankfully all went well and we were able to be comfortable and enjoy our stay. Will keep on my list for return stays.

This is a lovely 3-br condo, just a short drive from Disney. It gets great light, and has a nice view of the sunset. We really appreciated having a quiet place to relax at the end of the day...better than staying in a hotel. The grounds also have a nice large pool that you can use. The Ms. Pac Man game in the kid's bedroom is a fun touch! There are 3 BRs--one with a king, one with a queen, and one with two kid's beds. The king BR has a master bath,and there is one other full bath. There is a central LR with dining area, kitchen, and a really nice screened balcony off of the LR. The property manager was responsive and we really appreciated that we were allowed an early check-in. We did not encounter any problems over our visit that required communication. All instructions were clear. The kitchen is well-equipped with pots and cooking utensils, and we cooked every night. One thing to be aware of is that, unlike some vrbos, they don't seem to let perishables of any kind (salt, pepper, sugar, cooking oil, etc.) to accumulate across guests. Dish soap, dishwasher pods, 1 kitchen garbage bag, and 1 roll of paper towels are provided. Fortunately, there is a Walmart and a Publix close by.
