Our beautiful, spacious but inviting home has been exquisitely furnished and comprehensibly equipped with everything that you would require for the perfect vacation.

Southview Villa lies in a quiet secluded enclave of luxurious private executive homes surrounded by wooded areas and three lakes. It is situated within the prestigious resort of Lake Berkley, a peaceful oasis and an ideal place to enjoy the tranquillity away from the crowds and pamper yourself.

It has its own private pool and spa. There is an additional charge to heat the pool and spa, recommended Oct - May.

Just 10/15 minutes from Disney World, 20 mins to SeaWorld and 30 minutes to Universal/Islands of Adventure, perfectly situated for all the theme parks.

We are literally minutes from unlimited shops, dining and entertainment attractions that have become synonymous with the 192.

If you must keep your "Finger on the Pulse" don't worry as we provide free wireless internet access and free National and International phone calls 24 hours a day. It is the perfect place to embark on an enchanted journey of Central Florida and see the delights it has to offer the entire family.

Beautiful vacation escape
This home was amazing. The pictures and descriptions in the listing were exact. We felt so comfortable staying here for our vacation. It is conveniently located close to all the theme parks which was a huge help. The security gates and guard station gave us a lot of comfort knowing we were safe. The pool and game room were our favorite spots to hang out when we weren't at a theme park. Maddie left very detailed and easy to understand rules and information we would need for our stay. She was easy to get in contact with and quick to respond. The whole resort was beautifully maintained. We will definitely stay here again!

Great pool
The home is great except for the mattresses on all 3 king beds were extremely worn out. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The outdoor light by the pool was out but Maddie responded quickly and the bulbs were placed by the next day.

Perect family stay
We have stayed at this house for the past 4 years. We love the location, its close to everything. The house is perfect for our family. Pool is great for the kids and there is a park near by. We love this house !!!

Our family had a wonderful time. There was adequate bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to be able to spread out and have the own space as needed. Everyone absolutely loved the heated pool and spa. If we were to do a similar trip in the future we would definitely contact Maddie. She was wonderful to communicate with about all aspects of the rental. 5 stars all the way. No complaints about anything.

Maggie is easy to work with and keeps you informed every step of the way. The house was perfect for a small family or several families. Loved having a hot tub to relax in after the parks. It heated up quickly and it was well over 100 degrees!

This home is exactly as described in the listing. Great neighborhood. Easy access to everything you want to do. Home is very comfortable with plenty of space for everyone. Beds are comfortable. Everything you could want for a vacation rental. Loved the extra bathrooms. Owner is very responsive for any questions or concerns you might have. Would certainly stay here again if ever in the area.

Great place!
Our group of eight retirees enjoyed our stay very much. Maddie (owner) responds quickly and is lovely to communicate with. Everything was clean and as-advertised. We found mid-stay that we wanted heat in the pool (extra charge), and we were there Sept 20-30, if that helps anyone else decide. Without the extra heat, it was ok for some, but a little too cool for others.

Beautiful Rental
This was our 4th time using VRBO for our Florida trip vacation rentals. I have to sayā€¦and my husband agrees, this was the best one of all. We came to Florida to celebrate our daughters 16th birthday and having an amazing home to come back to at the end of the day was the best. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The community was quiet and we felt very safe. WalMart is literally 5 min away to stock up on snacks for the kids. I was able to reach the property manager and get a quick response when I had a question. Maddie was so responsive, accommodating and most importantly, kind and welcoming during our email interactions. The home is large with plenty of room for everyone to have their space. The beds were comfortable as well. I love that the pool is pretty private. And the view of the lake was lovely. Iā€™m so happy to have been able to book this home for our stay. We have already said that this will be our new vacation rental whenever we return to the area. Thank you Maddie for allowing us the opportunity to stay in your lovely home. ā˜ŗļø I canā€™t wait till next time!!
