Very happy with the house we rented! Safe gated community, the house was beautiful, fairly quiet, and the pool was warm (paid to heat, well worth it!) and perfect!

It was amazing

I had a great time, they had us stay in davenport in the 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home and we loved it! It was a little far from the disney parks, 20-25 min to each on to be exact so it was atleast a 17$-20$ uber ride everyday. But the home was lovely! The best part was at night when we stargazed in the backyard pool chairs

Nooit meer!

We hadden er echt zin in.. een week verblijven in een villa nabij Orlando. De keuze was op Kissimmee gevallen vanwege de centrale ligging en eerdere positieve ervaring in Kissimmee.. een week voor aankomst kregen we het adres: in Davenport. Beetje gek als je Kissimmee boekt, maargoed.. eenmaal aangrkomen bleek het huis niet in al te beste staat. Ouderwets, buitenkant vies, bed was een opklapbed waar je na een nacht rug- en nekpijn aan overhield en de zwembadbodem miste was stukken zodat je het risico liep je voeten open te halen aan diverse scherpe randen. Was dat alles? Nee.. kakkerlakken! Óveral!! Ronduit smerig. Direct gebeld met lokale verhuurder. Zijn reactie: "wat verwacht je dan voor een standaard villa" en "ben je op de hoogte dat het een week geregend heeft?". Belachelijk! Onze contactpersoon via hotels.com reageerde eerst niet, toen zou ze voor ons aan de slag gaan (na 5 uur!) En pas s avonds rond 23.00u kregen we reactie dat het inderdaad niet zo netjes was allemaal. Het positieve nieuws: Na veel gemail krijgen we ons geld voor 6 nachten terug en zijn we op zoek gegaan naar een ander hotel. Voor ons een ervaring om nóóít meer te vergeten. Mijn suggestie: ga voor een iets duurdere villa. Wellicht is dan de standaard ook wat hoger.

EVERYTHING was perfect! The property was equipped with everything we needed, except food and was located around supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and gas stations. Property was very clean and WiFi worked perfectly.
