Just Renovated Champions Gate 5 BR Green Vacation House

  • This is a just renovated (October 2022) 5 Bedrooms 4.5 Bathrooms located in the heart of champions gate community in Davenport FL, Driving distance is 15 min from Disney Parks, beautifull property and excellent location. It can host up to 10 people. Pool,Spa and game room are available in the house (pool heating and grill at an extra charge). Free WiFi in the house, A/C in the Game room. We are proud to be the first green house in the community, all the house is powered by solar panels installed on the roof of the house, when the sun is not around the regular power grid kicks in, nothing to worry about... you will never notice the difference.
    Community has an amazing club house (included) with pools, restaurant, gym, bar, game room and golf course.
