I don't even know where to begin.Upon arrival- the pool was absolutely disgusting..covered in pieces of hard plastic pool cover, a cut in half water bottle(which I'm guessing was used to try to clean the pool since the skimmer was broken) the hot tub was half full, the pool filter was not working. I had to travel to the office 15 mins down the road to get a skimmer to clean myself. After sending someone for 3 days to try and "fix" the pool the 4th day a guy came and realized the filter was broken and needed to be fixed by a pool tech. Every day we came back the hose was laying in the pool to try and refill. Still had issues with the pool on the 5th day so we paid to go use the pool elsewhere so my kids could enjoy it. On the 5th day the AC was not working so we had to call for someone to come fix that as well..and the wifi/tvs barely worked the entire time we were there. Multiple shades were missing pieces so we had to hand stuff to keep the windows covered..the pool table was so unlevel couldn't even play a game. We have been checked out for over a week and still not resolution. These people clearly need to figure out the pool and wifi before going out and renting the place.
