Welcome to this gorgeous single level home located in close proximity to many attraction and theme parks: Walt Disney world, Universal studios, Lego land Florida, Kennedy space center, Island H2O. Driving distance to coco beach. House is located in Champions gate community. It is a fantastic guarded and gated community with many amenities to suit everyone in the family.

The residence offers plenty of natural light and open floor plan. House sleeps 10 people comfortably. Master bedroom is large and spacious with its own private full bathroom. Bedroom#2 is spacious with its own private bathroom. Bedroom #3 and bedroom #4 are furnished with a full bed size and a twin size bed in each room. Both rooms share a full bathroom.

The house features a covered heated pool and spa along with plenty of outdoor patio space for relaxing and enjoying the Sun and warm FL weather.

Hard to leave!

We have rented in this area several times before, and this home was our favorite so far. It was spacious, nicely decorated and the furnishings were sturdy and comfortable. Kitchen was well-equipped. The pool and hot tub were great and our grandsons had a blast! The pool area was also nicely furnished and great for entertaining. The resort itself was convenient to shopping and attractions. The club house and water parks looked like fun, although we didn't spend much time there. Easiest check-in ever! A nice break from winter in Canada -- we would definitely rent again if in the area.

Excellent villa rental

This villa rental was great! Fully equiped. We enjoyed the pool, kitchen and spacious dining room. It was fun hanging out on the patio. The only issue was garbage storage outside was limited and pickup was infrequent.

Thanksgiving family time

Perfect location and spacious home. We made a traditional Thanksgiving meal in the open kitchen. Enjoyed breakfast on the patio each morning. The corner lot allowed the sun to brighten our days; the hot tub and pool were great for post golf relaxation. While we are a small family now and didn’t use the two creatively decorated children’s rooms, they would bring smiles to princess and minion fans! Thanks Ana for your prompt responses!

Spring Break in Florida

We visited for a spring break softball tourney and loved having room for several families and being able to cook breakfast and dinner there. Easy walk to the Oasis club where we did a team dinner. We also enjoyed walking the neighborhood in the mornings and evenings ! Unfortunately the pool heater wasn’t working when we were there so we weren’t able to enjoy the pool and hot tub, but the homeowner refunded us some money for this so that was much appreciated! Lots of flexibility on check in and check out - thank you for allowing us to arrive early and stay a little later ! We enjoyed our time and would book again the next time we come to Orlando !

Nice home in Champions Gate

We loved this property! The neighborhood was quiet while we were there. The house is very clean and comfortable. We had a little trouble getting the TVs to work, but the host responded to our call for help immediately! One thing I would suggest to the owners is putting a handrail near the steps of the pool and the hot tub for us old folks whose knees don’t work so well anymore! But the pool was spotless and perfect temperature! Would definitely recommend!

Comfortable house near Omni Sport Fields

Spacious and clean house. Perfect location while attending Lacrosse tournament at Omni Sport Field.Had some loud and rowdy neighbors the first two nights - well past midnight - even though a strrict noise ordinance.Property advertises hot tub but we did not have access to heat - just the jets. Reached out to inquire if we could get heat for hot tub - but no response or acknowledgement of question. Would have been nice to enjoy after a day full of games. Disappointing.

Disney with the Grands

We spent a week at this property and thoroughly enjoyed it. The home was clean and comfortable. We liked having all of the rooms on one level. There were three generations together in our family and my grandchildren loved the bunk beds in the Minions room. My family and I have stayed at Champions Gate several times, so we knew we could expect a clean and safe environment. The kitchen was outfitted with a variety of cookware and dinnerware, making it easy for us to prepare meals to our liking. There was an adequate number of towels for bathing and for use at the pool. We were able to enjoy the private pool and hot tub as well as experience the water slides at the Oasis Club. The house is conveniently located for grocery shopping and a short distance to Disney Parks and other local attractions. We would definitely rent this house again!

House was great for our little get away.

This house very much felt like a home away from home.Our family really enjoyed the stay.The house was clean, and filled with update furnishings and decor.Their was games provided which was great, our children seemed to really enjoy these. (Games for all ages). Location was spot on.Our only complaint about the property, would be the pool/hot tub situation.After paying for them to be heated. Either seem to be at the temperature they should have been which meant they were hardly used(as they were quite cold, we were shivering while attempting to use either the pool or hot tub. We spoke with someone about the concern they said they would try to have someone come out(we stayed over Christmas, so I completely understand that may not be practical as everyone has family things going on), we never had any follow up about the situation before check out. I reached out after about it and never recieved a response.It was a lovely home to stay at, I just wouldn’t pay for the hot tub/pool to be heated. As they arnt guaranteed to work. I would save your self the money. Minus that I would recommend staying here.

Clean Spacious house in a quiet spot

Overall we really enjoyed the house. It's clean and spacious. The kitchen is well-equipped and there were plenty of bathroom towels (although a few more pool towels would have helped). The dead-end street adjacent to the house was perfect for our kids to bike and rollerblade. It's walkable to the Oasis Club, which is fun but was quite busy and drinks and food there were extremely overpriced (like 23 for a blender drink or 10 for a pop), so we never ordered anything, and typically preferred to hang out in our own quiet backyard pool. There were a few maintenance issues with the house - a lounge chair missing its wheels so that it didn't lie flat and wobbled a lot when you moved, a chipped tile between the pool and hot tub that my daughter cut her leg on, and two of the bedroom tvs weren't working. The owner was polite to deal with and responded to my messages in a reasonable time. Actually addressing our concerns took a little longer than hoped. For example, we notified them about the TVs on one of our first days and they were still not fixed by the end of our 12 day trip. It's also worth noting that pool heat is not included with this house. I know it does state that in the listing, but it wasn't nearly as obvious as other properties we considered, so we failed to notice it, and were disappointed to arrive to a cold pool. Note that BBQ propane is also not included, which I couldn't find stated in the listing. Overall a good stay, and still decent value.

Quick trip to Orlando

We looked for a quick trip location with a private pool and one that allowed our pup to tag along. This home was clean, welcoming and perfect for our crew of four with room to spare. Subdivision and amenities were nice but we really enjoyed being together in the evenings at the private pool and lounge space in the back yard. Cooked one meal there and found everything I needed. Easy to walk the dog.

Great Place at a Great Location

A terrific home at Champions Gate, provided our family with everything we needed. It was clean, well maintained and when we did have a maintenance issue (the battery in the smoke alarm needed to be changed), they were right there to fix it promptly. Would HIGHLY recommend this as a nice, safe, clean family-friendly place to stay.
