Homely Golf View 3 Bedroom Villa

Backing onto the golf course with great views across the fairway, our welcoming 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa is located on the Esprit Community in Davenport.

Not so far from highway 192 and I4 and situated just off of Highway 27 our home is within a short distance of many shops and restaurants and our villa is the ideal spot to relax and enjoy your vacation coupled with the knowledge that you are within easy reach of the heart of central Floridas attractions and all the local theme parks, especially as Disneys is under 9 miles from your doorstep.

The community itself has a communal pool, tennis and basketball courts and is built around the golf course of Polo Park East.

A lot of love and care has gone into this villa and recent and regular upgrades to our home including new sofas and large comfortable beds.

This home has a fantastic and large pool deck to relax and catch the best of the sunshine states weather, with a deep lanai to keep shaded it is a perfect outside area to enjoy with all the family

Walt Disney World is less than 10 miles from your front door at this house. You will also have with your reservation in this home free Wi-Fi and free local calls, as well as a washer and dryer in the home for your convenience.

Please note that with your home you have a private outside pool. This can be heated but there is an additional charge for this option. This charge will be $27.50 per day (+taxes) with a minimum 5 day use. Please do make sure you request this service either at the time of your reservation or at the very least 72 hours before arrival so that it gives us an opportunity to have your pool heated in time for your stay. We typically recommend pool heating for guests staying between the months of October and April.

Please note that charcoal grills are prohibited from use at our home but we can rent you a gas grill for your stay. Please enquire about costs for rental when you book the home.

This is a self catering home so please be sure to stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals. As per Florida State recommendations, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence all food items will be removed after a guest checks out and supplies of items such as condiments, sugar, salt and pepper, tea, coffee etc, will be not be provided prior to your check in. We will provide a starter roll of toilet paper at each toilet, a bin liner in each bin, hand soap in the bathrooms, as well as a dishwasher tab. Towels and linens are included in your stay.

Pleasant stay

The property was as described in the advertisement. Our stay at the house was for five days and was a relaxing time after completing an 8-day cruise. We enjoyed sitting by the heated pool watching the golfers throughout the day. All-in-all, a good visit and we hope to book the house in the future.

Great little neighborhood, right near a green of the a local golf course. Electric golf carts were almost silent, but the gas-powered maintenance carts that made the rounds several times a day were a bit annoying, especially at 6:30 am.

This house is in desperate need of a deep cleaning. I suggest that the cleaning fee that we as clients pay should go to a new cleaning company. Plus for privacy options plant shrubs around the screened in area. The pool is wide open to the golf course and the porta potty that is right behind it.

We enjoyed our stay but found the house to be a bit underwhelming. It is in desperate need of a deep clean and could use some updated appliances (mainly the stove). The pool was also unusable due to the overwhelming amount of gnats in the pool that the filter wouldn’t/couldn’t keep clean.

Overall, the house was a good place to stay for the value. The house's key code was provided ahead of our arrival and worked flawlessly upon arrival. When opening the front door, we noticed that the patio blind was missing slates. Then when entering the house, we discovered other blinds in the house didn't close all the way to provide good privacy. The carpet in the primary bedroom is worn and needs replacing.We paid extra to have a barbeque and were very disappointed with what we were given. It was a small barbeque that was very worn, and the flame would not adjust.

Family Vacation

We had an amazing stay in this home. The ease of renting and checking in was the best. Ashley, our foreman, was informative right from the get go that we didn't need to respond or reply to anything. The house was clean, cool, and comfortable. Our only concern would be the pool and the bottom of it being rough. There was mention of this in the guest book, which was nice so that I could let my kids know. We did have a few scraped up feet and knuckles from trying to get diving toys, but otherwise my kids swam for endless hours. While the house is a bit outdated (no fans in kids rooms or ceiling lights) we really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and we got to watch people golf daily. We would definitely consider this for another time.

I would say absolutely no complaints other than the pool being kind of dirty, I am assuming it’s because of the rips in the screen of the sunroom. This was not something that negatively affected the stay, as we had a pool skimmer to clean it ourselves. Great house, clean, plenty of towels, cozy king bed and nice big master bath. Great place to stay!!!

You get what you pay for

Let me start by saying this house is definitely worth it if you are looking to be close to Disney but avoid the cost of staying ON Disney. But if you are looking to just vacation, and relax by the pool, then this may not be the rental for you. The pool is completely shaded and leaves are constantly dropping in it, making it hard to keep clean. This isn’t anyones fault, it’s just surrounded by big trees. This property is also on a golf course and has a port a potty in the backyard for the golfers…close enough that you can hear casual conversation. The condo is clean but could use a deep cleaning. Our shower head was covered in black gunk and the other shower drained very slowly, leaving you standing in dirty water. The management was very responsive when we asked to have the pool cleaned an extra time. Over all there was nothing major wrong with this house. The price was great and management was nice.
