This older couple was looking to get in a few weeks of warm weather. The house appeared to be an older house that was renovated. Very nice. Clean. Andrew was always helpful and answered questions quickly. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and well kept. The beds were OK. I reported that the kitchen lights were out and a couple were blinking so we just turned them off making the kitchen a bit dark. No one ever came to replace the bulbs. The kitchen supplies were cheap and old. For a house that nice I would suggest newer and nicer flatware and cookware. The appliances were very nice. The pool was very nice but not heated and would have cost 20.00 per day to heat, This was not mentioned in the website. We would have used it had it been warm enough. We felt it should have been included in the rental cost. We had a great rip and enjoyed our stay. We would stay here again but would hope these suggestions will be welcome to the owner. The location was great! This was a wonderful trip for us!
