The Space:

You step onto the patio and feel the warm sun on the pool’s edge, the gentle splash of water inviting you to unwind after a day of magic. Inside, the loft’s high ceiling and soft lighting create a cinema‑worthy backdrop for movie nights, while the game room buzzes with the clack of pool cues and the ping of paddles. The themed bedrooms spark imagination, turning bedtime into an adventure for the whole family.



**Sleeping arrangements**

Downstairs, Bedroom 1 offers a King Bed and an ensuite bathroom, perfect for a couple seeking privacy. Upstairs, Bedroom 2 mirrors this comfort with its own King Bed and ensuite. Bedroom 3 features two Twin Beds styled after Harry Potter, sharing a Jack & Jill bathroom. Bedroom 4 delights younger guests with two Twin Bunk Beds themed around Mickey, also with a Jack & Jill bathroom. Bedroom 5 provides a Queen Bed, a crib, and a Jack & Jill bathroom, accommodating up to three. Bedroom 6 includes a Queen Bed and a Jack & Jill bathroom, rounding out six spacious, themed sleeping spaces.

The Neighborhood:

An ultimate Family Resort near Disney and other World-Class Attractions. Windsor Island Resort is a newly constructed community. Expect first-class amenities, some of the best in town! The property is just a couple minutes walking distance to the clubhouse.



Including all the amenities that make resort-living superb, Windsor Island Resort will include a huge resort-style pool, a lazy river, water slides, a separate splash pool, a hot tub, volleyball court, basketball court, BBQ & Picnic area, and, a huge clubhouse with arcades, Bar & Lounge, state-of-the-art massage chairs are designed to melt away stress and more. In the immediate area outside the resort, you will find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. And only a short drive further you’ll find all the attractions Orlando is known for, Disney being very near.



Located off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, just eight miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando’s world-famous attractions.



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side, and up to (1) vehicle on the street in front of the property.



The garage has been converted into a game room. Therefore, indoor parking is not available.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have a camera by the front door, another one pointing to the driveway and a last one pointing to our pool equipment. These aren't intended to record our guest but installed for security purposes
