The Space:

Soft morning light fills the open living area as you settle in, the gentle hum of the nearby theme parks a reminder of the excitement just outside your door. The flow between indoor comfort and the poolside oasis invites you to unwind after a day of rides, while the spacious layout lets you drift effortlessly from games to quiet corners. Here, the calm of a private retreat meets the buzz of Orlando’s attractions, giving you space to relax, play, and recharge.



Sleeping arrangements

The home offers five bedrooms that can host large groups. Downstairs, a bedroom with a king bed includes an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, the Mario Bross room features a bunk bed and a queen bed, sleeping four. The Toad room holds four queen beds, sleeping eight. Two additional upstairs rooms, Queen A and Queen B, each contain a queen bed. In total, there are nine beds across the five bedrooms, complemented by five bathrooms—one ensuite, a shared half bathroom downstairs, and three full baths upstairs.



Indoor amenities

Gather in the main living area with comfortable seating, then drift to the home cinema for movie nights. The game room beckons with a pool table, two arcade cabinets loaded with multiple games, and a Nintendo Switch for group play. A free washer and dryer make longer stays convenient, while Wi‑Fi and a dedicated workspace keep you connected when you need to check in.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen equipped with stainless‑steel appliances provides plenty of room to prepare meals for the whole crew. Indoor dining spaces accommodate quick breakfasts before heading out and relaxed dinners after a day at the parks. Outdoor dining extends the experience to the patio, where a grill and loungers await.



Outdoor living

Step outside to a private pool that can be heated on request, perfect for cooling off or lounging under Florida’s consistently warm sky. The patio’s grill and seating area create a casual spot for poolside meals, and free on‑site parking plus additional street parking add extra ease.



Community amenities & neighborhood

Located in Windsor at Westside, you gain resort access that includes a water park, lazy river, and hot tub. The community also offers a resort‑style pool, water slides, a splash pool, recreational courts, and picnic and BBQ areas. A short walk brings you to the clubhouse, nearby dining, shopping, and entertainment, with quick routes to major roads and the region’s famous theme parks.

The Neighborhood:

An ultimate Family Resort near Disney and other World-Class Attractions. Windsor at Westside is an amazing and sought after community. Expect first-class amenities, some of the best in town! The property is just a couple minutes' walking distance to the clubhouse.



Including all the amenities that make resort-living superb, Windsor at Westside Resort will include a huge resort-style pool, a lazy river, water slides, a separate splash pool, a hot tub, volleyball court, basketball court, BBQ & Picnic area, and, a huge clubhouse with arcades, Bar & Lounge, and more. In the immediate area outside the resort, you will find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. And only a short drive further you’ll find all the attractions Orlando is known for, Disney being very near.



Located off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, just ten miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando’s world-famous attractions.



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community. Parking can accommodate up to (3) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



The garage has been converted into a game room. Therefore, indoor parking is not available.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
