First off, I will tell you that those that run the property are VERY good at communicating. I was impressed with how quickly they got back with me when I had questions. I hate to rate this the way I did, but there were a few disappointments. Overall, the house was decent. However, it really needed a good deep clean! There were bugs in random spots, floors and showers had mold around the bottom. The closet in kitchen smelled rotten. The house was very hot and the air didn’t keep up well. We also had to provide quite a bit for our stay.

My family and I really enjoyed the private pool! And overall scenary in the home. The bed and furniture was extremely comfortable and spacious. It was also nice having the books and games around as a added bonus this is something we would have used had we spent more time in the house. This house really felt like a home away from home for us!

Tried to cancel reservation a week later (2 months before trip) and he would not let us without charging us for 2 nights. So, 2 of us stayed in a house that sleeps 8. Kitchen cabinets by refrigerator had bad water damage. Master toilet seat had disgusting stains - that can be changed so easily.
