This stunning 4 bedroom family-friendly villa located in Fairways Lake Estates has everything you need. It has a beautiful private pool, BBQ, steps away from the lake, community pool, tennis court, basketball court and 9 hole golf course. Only minutes away from Disney Parks, shops and restaurants.

Enjoyed our stay, villa is in a good location, area was fairly quiet & near to amenities. Villa itself was lovely, especially enjoyed the pool. It was clean & had everything you would need. Would definitely return.

Spring break in orlando

Great place to stay. Very clean, beds are comfortable, quiet neighborhood, short walk to basketball and fishing dock. Pool was great. Host answered questions quickly. Would definitely like to book again if we go back to Orlando.

Great experience!

This house is great! Clean and comfortable. It was located in a nice neighborhood. The host was very easy to get ahold of and responded quickly. We didn't have any issues with the property, but did leave the area for a couple days during hurrricane milton just being extra cautious. The host let us know right away after the hurricane passed that the house wasn't damaged and it was safe to return. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Vacation

My family of four stayed in this beautifully newly renovated home on the corner lot of the golf course. The owners were prompt with check in instructions and even gave recommendations on things to do. The home was very clean, and had all the items needed for our family’s stay. There is a welcome binder that had everything you needed to know about the house, cameras, trash, things to do etc. The basketball court, tennis court, and community pool were less than a 5 minute walk away. The private pool was perfect for a quick dip to cool off. We visited Universal Studios and City walk (35 min), Disney Springs (28 minutes), and Clearwater Beach (1.5 hours) during our stay. We highly recommend this home.
