Spacious and bright, recently updated, 4 bedroom Townhouse with flexible family accommodation arranged over two floors, ideally located within the secure, gated development of Regal Palms close to Disney World and all that Orlando has to offer.

This gorgeous family home enjoys communal facilities such as beach style pool, lazy river, water slide and playground (resort fees apply). There are restaurants and a Tiki bar to chose from as well as a spa, fitness center and volleyball court. The property is presented in excellent condition and is well equipped for a family stay including pack and play, highchair, stroller, iron and ironing board.

Parking Information​:
Please be mindful of all posted parking signs​ and parking flow throughout the resort. The maximum number of vehicles permitted per unit is 3.
If the vehicles are oversized and cannot fit in the driveway then they have to pay for parking on Napoli Drive. Overflow parking can also be paid for at Napoli Drive.
Parking violations may result in towing enforced by Regal Palms Resort.

Trash Information​:
Please ensure all trash is secured in trash bags. Trash is picked up on Mondays, and Thursdays. Please place the bins by the curb by 6:00am on the morning of collection.

To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all guests, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following rules:

No Smoking Indoors ​- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home.
No Pets Allowed ​- Pets are not permitted on the property.
No Parties or Events ​- Gatherings, parties, or events are not allowed.
Maximum Occupancy ​- Do not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
Air Conditioning Use ​- Please do not set the thermostat below 72°F. Ensure all windows and doors remain closed while the AC is in use to maintain efficiency.​
Inventory - Please do not remove any items from the home
​Damages - Accidents happen, if any damages occur - please report it to us immediately
