- House perfect for families or groups in Davenport . With four bedrooms featuring a king, queen, twin, and bunk bed, guests find plenty of space to relax. Two bathrooms include a soothing bathtub and handy hair dryer for added comfort. The house stays cool with air conditioning, making it a superb retreat after a day of adventure. Whether you’re gathering in the cozy living area or enjoying peaceful moments, this home offers a welcoming vibe. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place. ** BBQ grill can be provided upon request for an additional fee per stay. Please let us know in advance. Upon arrival we confirm initial number guest register on reservation through Ring ( NO EXCEPTION) If more guest arrive without being register there will be an extra charge. No EVENTS/PARTY at the property allowed.
