The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
- Place towels in the laundry room floor
- Please return any furniture and/or decorations that were moved to their original location
- If the Hot Tub was used, return Temp to 95 degrees and make sure that the cover was placed on top of the Hot Tub
- Ensure that all pool towels are returned to the property
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Rules
QUIET HOUR STARTS AT 11 PM. The Renting Guest shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy the surrounding property owners.
There is no daily housekeeping service. Renting Guest is responsible for cleaning and laundry during the lease period.
Dispose of all waste material generated during the rental period. Before check-out, ensure that all waste material is disposed of appropriately.
