Welcome to "Near the Mouse" Villa. We will be continuing the past quality and attention that has made this one of the top rentals in Windsor Hills. We have retained the same management company as the former owners in order to continue to provide the same quality that guests have enjoyed year after year!

This recently renovated 4 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom villa is professionally designed and furnished. The villa is carpet-free with new trim, baseboards and flooring throughout. The villa is exquisitely furnished with upscale furniture throughout. Large LED televisions in all rooms complete with cable and internet. Modern kitchen with Granite counters and new Stainless Steel Appliances. Fully stocked gameroom with pool table, foosball, Table shuffleboard and XBox with gaming chairs. The villa has a screened-in heated pool, facing southwest complete with spa, BBQ and outdoor seating.

Windsor Hills is considered one of the best and desirable communities in all of Disney World. Gated community with 24/7 security, Windsor Hills is family-friendly, safe, quiet, and exceptionally clean. The facilities available at no charge include fitness center, convenience store, marketplace/grill, pool, waterpark, children's playground, tennis, basketball, volleyball, putting green, ping-pong, running trails, movie theater, video arcade and much more. The villa is just steps away to the clubhouse.

The villa is conveniently located 2 miles from the gates of Disney World in a beautiful five star gated community of Windsor Hills in Kissimmee Florida.

Absolutely loved our stay at Randy’s home! The pool and hot tub were perfect after a long day in the parks! The bedrooms all have this own bathrooms and are spread out so perfectly that there is a ton of privacy😊😊. Would absolutely stay here again!

Disney World trip

Perfect location and convenience for visiting Disney World but staying off the Disney property. The private heated pool (and hot tub) were great and a big hit with our grandkids (3-1/2 and 7), as well as the clubhouse waterpark pool.

Beautiful & Convenient

The listing perfectly described the property! It’s in a prime location convenient to everything and only minutes from the parks! The heated hot tub and pool were perfect for relaxing after a long day! The clubhouse and water park are perfect for the days you aren’t at the theme parks and the neighborhood is a gated community that was very nice and quiet! The entire family loved it!

Great house in a great location

Everything was made available for us in the house (apart from a book about the house, which would have been helpful!) The house is in a great location for getting to the parks and in a lovely setting for our rest days. The pool and spa were very welcoming when we returned from the parks. We all had a super holiday -thank you for the use of your lovely house!

Beautiful 4 bedroom house near Disney

We had for the most part a great experience. The house was very nice and clean. The only problem was the hot tub jets didn't work and there were ants in the kitchen.

Wonderful for friends and family

This house is perfect for anybody who wants to stay close to Disney property with family and or friends. The house is spacious and comfortable. The house was very clean and very easy to maintain during our stay. The communication with the property manager was fantastic. Every bedroom has a bathroom and made our stay that much better. Will definitely recommend this house to friends and family that will be going to Disney.

Couldn’t wish for anywhere better

This property was the perfect place for our 18 day trip to Orlando. It truly is a home away from home and gave us a wonderful base to explore the parks and surrounding area. The villa is spacious with a lovely pool area. Beds were extremely comfortable and spacious. The utility area in the garage is great and has a large capacity washer and dryer which was really useful. We were so sad to leave and will definitely look to stay here again if available for our next trip!

Great House, highly recommended

This house was exactly as pictured,very well kept and clean, really loved that it was in a gated community but wasn’t hard to get deliveries. The property manager was awesome and helpful when I called her with an issue, had it resolved within an hour. Overall my family and I really enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to stay here again when we return to Orlando!

Fabulous time in Florida!

We really enjoyed the house it was exactly what we expected from the listing. The house suited our families needs for the week. Our check-in was delayed at the gate but was swiftly taken care of and the owners showed compassion and care for us having to deal with this issue. We would stay at Randy's house again if we return.

Overall, a wonderful experience!The home was clean, spacious, and well-appointed. Each room having its own television and private bath was a fantastic feature, making the stay comfortable and convenient for everyone in our group. The furnishings were cozy and inviting, and the linens and pillows were top-notch, even though the beds themselves were a bit firm for our preference. While the house is starting to show some minor signs of wear, it’s still a lovely place and maintained well. We appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home, and it was a great base for our trip. Would definitely stay again!This version highlights the positives while addressing the constructive feedback in a balanced way.

Recommended

The house was as described i loved the layout and had everything needed for a 2 week stay. It was a very close drive to closest Walmart and great location for all things Disney. We hired a car but also got many Ubers and had no issues getting through the security gate. Our stay was during Milton and had great communication with the property manager before and after the hurricane which was very appreciated. I would definitely recommend staying here and Windsor Hills. We will be back.

Comfortable Stay

The home itself was comfortable for 4 adults and 3 children. I wish we had a list for our stay with instructions for garbage and check out. Luckily our son had stayed at another property in the neighborhood several years ago and knew about the box at the front door for garbage. The front door entrance could use some attention. I did contact Micah and we were asked to start a load of towels and I was ok with that and was happy to do more. Overall a good stay!

Amazing Rental

The house was very clean, and the neighborhood is great with lots of amenities. The property manager was very nice and always responsive. We really didn’t have to contact her much at all, just a couple of questions the first day. The only downside was having to pull off all the bed linens and have all the dishes washed, instead of just placing them in the dishwasher and turning it on, when having to be at the airport early, as most places don’t make you do that. So we were rushing around late at night to make sure everything was perfect so we didn’t get charged extra. Overall, it was a great place to stay!
