  • This is a large 4 bedroom home with a two car garage. Walking to everything downtown and Dr Phillips Performing Art Center. Surrounded by rental bikes, scooters, buses, zip car ubers and lyft you do not need a car. Its a short walk to Beautiful Lake Eola Park, grocery stores, drug stores, coffee shops, cafes, restaurants and nightlife. However its far enough away from the action to also have a quiet night at home. The theme parks are 20-30 minutes car ride away. Amway center and Camp World Stadium are about 1 mile away. Every Sunday there is a farmers market, food and live music scene downtown near Lake Eola 10 am to 4 pm weather permitting.
