Featuring 3 bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms.

Large master bedroom with patio doors opening onto a private balcony.

The home has a covered patio area complete with a splash pool and overlooks the community lake.

Also includes community pool, fitness center and games room.

Quiet and safe neighborhood.

New furnishings added August 2023 - these include memory foam mattresses on all beds.

We had difficulty with parking…almost had our car towed from the spot the manager told us we could park in.if we hadnt noticed the tow truck there, , and moved the car it would have been towed No signage saying you couldnt park there but HOA maintained they had the right to tow it. There is only one designated parking spot per condo, and very limited additional parking. Otherwise, average accomodation. Pool was not cleaned properly the three weeks we were there, so we didnt get to use it. Smoke detector kept going off, and manager was quick to send someone over to fix it which was appreciated .
