This resort is ideal for large families on a budget who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the Orlando attractions. This town home is very spacious with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a full living room and a fully equipped kitchen, new washer & dryer, cable TV, Free Secured High Speed WiFi, 5 tvs, dvd player and sleeps 8-9 people. Also, this home is in Phase 1, just a short walk to the water park resort and spa.
The amenities on the property which includes an on site restaurant, 3 swimming pools with a water slide and the lazy river make it ideal for children. There is an arcade located in the clubhouse and the volleyball court are a good draw for the older children. The sunbathing terraces and poolside Tiki bar is a welcome retreat after a day at the parks. For those who want to combine business with pleasure, there is free wi-fi available in the business center. Situated next to the Highlands Reserve Golf Club, and just minutes from the excitement Orlando has to offer,Stay connected while on vacation using the business center offering high speed internet access and free WIFI and also in the home for your comfort. There is a resort fee of $19.99 per day that is paid directly to the resort upon check in

The bar & grill is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and broadcasts live sports events worldwide. There is a strip mall that includes, Publex Supermarket, Liquor store, Fish & Chips Restaurant, Chinese Take Out (which is great), Pizzeria, Ice Cream Store, Beauty Salon, Medical Center, Pharmacy, Gas Station and Applebees Family Restaurant in walking distance . Also, there is a Lowes, Walmart and more shopping and restaurants in the area. Thursday Evening is Movie Night at the pool.
