Welcome to this beautifully decorated Caribbean beach–style condo located in the desirable gated Bahama Bay Resort! This tastefully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath residence has been fully renovated and is ideally situated near the main clubhouse with spa, one of the four swimming pools, the kids’ splash pad, and the tennis/pickleball courts.

From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel transported to the Caribbean, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping throughout the resort. Located on the second floor, this end unit condo features a desirable split-bedroom layout that provides added privacy. The guest bedroom with two twin beds and full bathroom are located at the front of the unit, while the spacious primary bedroom featuring a king bed and a private bathroom is tucked away at the back.

Enjoy indoor-outdoor living with an oversized screened-in balcony accessible from both the living room and the primary bedroom. The perfect spot for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or relaxing after a fun day at the parks.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts brand-new stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops, along with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a Keurig coffee maker. Loved this condo! While the neighborhood is a bit off the beaten path, it's conveniently located and private. You'll find a variety of dining, grocery, and shopping options within a few minutes' drive. The condo itself is clean, well-maintained, and nicely decorated. It was the perfect fit for traveling back and forth to the theme parks (Disney) over a two-week stay. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

Weekend trip with my daughter

My daughter and I stayed for the weekend due to her annual Cheer competition. We absolutely loved staying here. We've been to Orlando many times and this was by far our favorite place to stay. We would definitely stay again!!Very clean. All the amenities we could have needed were available. The pool just a short walk. Easy in and out access at the gate. Very much enjoyed out stay!

Great Location

Great place for families

This apartment was a great place to stay for our family of 4! The place was really clean and the amenities were good. The only thing we did not like were that the blinds need to be replaced (missing some pieces). The host was great and responsive to my questions. A downside to location is that the drive to Univeral Studios is about 1 hr away due to the traffic (am and pm).

The location of the property is excellent! We were there for a baseball tournament and the fields were less than 2 miles away. Spent a couple of days in Disney, which is 15 to 20 minutes away and ate at some very good restaurants. Would highly recommend.

We love Bahama Bay!

We come to Davenport for an adult baseball tournament, held at a park very near Bahama Bay. The location is perfect, and we loved our unit this year. Really nice!

Property was clean, nice, quiet and looked just like the pictures. Splash pad was closed due to maintenance, I would have liked to take my kids out there to play. Host was nice and responsive. My family enjoyed our stay. Place is about 40-45 to get to Volcano Bay which we didn’t mind because we enjoyed the property!

Quiet peaceful complex

Very clean, everything worked and looked nice, pretty views on the huge back screened in porch, lots of shade if you want to sleep in from the master bedroom with all the beautiful huge oak trees. I would definitely recommend the condo to family and friends.

The condo was very cute and clean, it had everything we needed in the kitchen although I wish it would’ve had an air fryer lol. The location was very nice and very quiet. The pools were very clean. The Jacuzzis were good and hot. Loved seeing the crocodiles in the lakes. The property manager responded quickly.
