Not what I expected....

The over all stay was okay... I will give this rating just because it was functional. First, I tried calling RMG upon arrival as stated in the instructions but phone number was not working. Thankfully, I got an email from Hotels.com with all the codes I needed to get into the home a couple hours before check in. Upon arrival, the home was not any of the ones pictured, my first disappointment. I was not allowed to use the garage and I had two vehicles. The driveway was only big enough for one, but some how made it work by squishing them extremely close together. The kitchen was not equipped with good cooking materials, pots and pans were outdated and coffee maker was in poor shape. No toiletries were provided or cleaning supplies. Only three rolls of toilet paper for three bathrooms. Pool was in decent shape. Beds were a bit uncomfortable. There were also cockroaches in the home, I tried calling RMG and phone number was not in service. It was just a disappointment from the begging and will not rent from them again. I was just thankful that all the appliances, like stove, fridge, and washer and dryer, were in working condition.

Where do I begin? First of all I will never rent from RMG ever again! House that we rented was not the one we got. Unit was not the same bed set up and 15 miles from where we wanted to be and thought we were getting. Kitchen was poorly equipped limiting what one could cook All the TV's operated differently, one wouldn't stay on and one had to be replaced. The pool was not usable even if we were to have paid for the heater. Very small bars of soap( enough to last 2 days), 3 small rolls of toilet paper for 3 bathrooms for 9 days No dish soap etc etc Worst part was they did not respond to my email request,3 weeks prior, about how to get into the property and would not answer any phone call I made to them even though they suggest to call them with any problems. Had to call Expedia and get them to have RGM respond to our requests. I think this company is very poorly managed and certainly not worth the risk. Hate to see if we had an emergency....WOW

Semi ok ophold

Billederne stemte ikke overens med det lejede. Huset var som sådan ganske udemærket men med vigtige mangler. Wifi virkede ikke og på trods af gentagne henvendelser til både udlejningsfirmaet og Hotels.com blev det ikke fixet. Håndtaget på hoveddøren var i stykker så det var en kamp at komme ind hver dag. Ingen mulighed for at kontrollere air con/varme, så vi frøs om aftenen.
