Unfortunately, with no prior requests and being at full occupancy for Spring Break, we were not able to place you on the ground floor at check in. Our Guest Services Manager did reach out the following day and received no response. We hope you will book again in the future and make a room request ahead of your check in so we can do our best to accommodate your request. We cannot guarantee any room assignments. Thank you

Hello Victoria, what had happened was most unfortunate. As we stated when you were at the desk, the reservation was not in our system as you had just booked it moments before entering our lobby. Some times third party bookings take some time to come into our system which was the case for your reservation, eventually it did come in but this was after you left and asked for us to cancel the reservation which we were happy to do. We had approved a cancellation without penalty. What you had witnessed with another guest had nothing to do with our system, the ID simply was not being read properly.

As a resort, we do not offer housekeeping daily service, however we are always available to replenish your items upon request. We do not have elevators, however we always are open to assist with luggage and/or locating the reservation into a bottom floor room.
