Featuring multiple upgrades, such as select new TVs, sound systems, mattresses, and more! The game room has been fully converted and upgraded!

Kitchen: Features granite counters with stainless steel appliances and all the essentials you'll need for a great stay, including: cutlery (silverware) & plasticware for the pool deck, pots & pans, and everything else you'll need to have a fantastic and comfortable vacation! Toaster, blender, coffee maker (and Keurig!), and microwave are provided.

Dining Room: Features a long table with spacious seating for 8. The island has additional seating for up to 4.

Pool doors are equipped with a safety fence. Please DO NOT fully remove the safety fence provided on the pool deck. This is in place for your protection. To access the pool, simply remove a section of the fence to allow passage. Always replace and secure the fence when the pool or deck is not in use. The fence must be fully replaced upon check-out. Pool heating is available for an additional charge.

Cable TV, high-speed wireless internet, and local calls are provided free of charge! Access to the Resort, all amenities are included free of charge! (extra charge for arcade games, food & beverage, cabana rentals, attraction tickets, etc.)

A washer & dryer are also provided.

Important Information

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Please be respectful of neighbors and be mindful of noise during all hours.

Resort Registration: Requires the name of each guest that will be on the property. Clubhouse will issue bands only to those individuals for amenity access. This information will be requested after booking.

Pet Policy: We can accept 1-2 small dogs ONLY that weigh 35 pounds or less in this rental. A non-refundable pet fee is required. Cats are not allowed. Requests for larger dogs must be submitted and approved by management. Pet must be on a leash at all times when outside of the unit; is not allowed onto the furniture, pool area, or pool. Pet must not bother any surrounding guests and pet waste MUST be picked up by the pet owner.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Pool Heating: When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 85 degrees unless otherwise stated in the listing. Please note that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower, a pool heater cannot always heat the pool completely to temperature. By booking this property, you understand that pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed when outside temperatures are too cold.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.

Parking: Parking is limited - the home has 2 reserved spaces provided on the driveway. Additional parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please do not park in marked spaces - they are reserved for specific homes/addresses. No commercial or recreational vehicles, including (but not limited to) tractor-trailers, cabs, boats, personal watercraft, recreational vehicles, trailers of any kind, including (but not limited to) hitch trailers, 5th wheel trailers, and gooseneck trailers; or any vehicle that is hauled on a trailer can be parked on property overnight.
