Pros: Comfy room, clean, nice beds, good tv, good breakfast buffet, extremely helpful staff, safe location with walkable dining options, close to parks and attractions Cons: lots of deferred maintenance. Balcony door was almost impossible to open and close, pool and other common areas look a great deal older than in the pictures but still comfortable and functional. Overall, this is a good, convenient option and a decent value for the cost but is due for some updates and maintenance.

The property was clean and well maintained, parking was simple. I always much prefer a self park over valet so that’s good. Room was well furnished, love the bench for luggage. There was some construction noise in the morning making sleeping in less likely. Which was sad because I slept well in the comfortable bed. Over all a great stay in Orlando close to the Disney parks.

We had a terrible experience here. Our room was surrounded by college boys playing football and having a frat party in the hallway. Spoke to the front desk and management several times and they never dealt with the issue. We didn’t sleep as this went on throughout the entire night. Additionally, the pool is a far cry from the pictures. The Weber grill cover over the handicap lift really tops off the trailer park feel of the pool.

Stayed here for one night before checking into a Walt Disney World Resort. I woke up so excited for the breakfast add on I had for my room and was told it ended at 11am. Went down at 10:25am and they told me it ended at 10:30am and theres nothing they could do. Ruined my whole morning. So ridiculous I paid for something I did not receive due to false time advertisement.

The room was clean as well as our floor and the main lobby, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I would say that I didn't like is that you can hear traffic and things outside from inside your room kinda like the sliding glass door didn't seal all the way or something but thats the only thing I would say "negative" about this hotel.

Very bad experience. My husband slip in the bathtub very out dated old danger form anyone falling and getting hurt worst than my husband. He only broke his rib. Had to call 911 was in the hospital. Management never bother to ask how he was doing. Stay 2 nights will never stay again. We travel a lot. Never had these bad experience. I will definitely look in to taking some legal actions.
