The Space:
This two-story townhome is designed to make your stay both comfortable and convenient. The main floor features a bright and spacious layout that includes the living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. Large windows allow for plenty of natural light, and the private screened patio offers a peaceful place to unwind at the end of the day.
Downstairs, you’ll also find a half bathroom and a laundry closet with a washer and dryer for your convenience.
The 3 bedrooms are located upstairs along with two full bathrooms, providing added privacy for guests. Each room is simply furnished with comfort in mind.

Fiesta Key is a gated community with beautiful landscaping, walking paths, and great amenities including a resort style swimming pool, tennis court, fitness center, and clubhouse.

* Property features exclusive driveway with two designated parking spaces. Please note that parking on the grass or street is strictly prohibited, as per the HOA regulations. Violations may result in IMMEDIATE towing of the vehicle as the HOA maintains a rigorous enforcement policy. You must park all the way up, as close as possible to the building to avoid towing.

Here's what we offer: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and kitchen towels. While trash cans come equipped, you may require additional bags.

Check-in is available anytime after 4 PM on the day of your arrival, and checkout is by 10 AM on the day of your departure.
