  • Minutes from Disney. escape to our 3rd floor 2 bedroom/2 bath condo located in our resort style gated community. This condo features unique and personal touches to provide comfort to our guests at every turn. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen that provides all the basics to those who enjoy cooking and also houses a full size washer and dryer. Guests also have access to 2 en-suite bathrooms with a full- size shower/tub combo. shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided in both.
    The space
    Located just 15-20 minutes from Disney. escape to our 3rd floor cozy condo located in our resort style gated community where luxury and comfort meet. This condo is the epitome of comfort featuring 3 plush 12inch memory foam beds in each bed with cushioned headboards to rest your head while watching your favorite streaming program on the 55- inch smart TV. Guests also have access to en-suite full- size shower/tub combo, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided.

    The living room houses a 65 inch smart tv and plush comfy soft to relax and stretch out.

    The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics for those aspiring chefs or who just love a home cooked meal.

    If you are tired of the parks and need to recharge, you can relax in the community pool and spa.
    Guest access
    Guests have full access to everything inside the condo with their own assigned keypad code for extra security.

    Guest also have access to pools and fitness center with amenities key card that is labeled and hanging on the holder by the door.
    Other things to note
    Our guests have access to a plethora of amenities, including two swimming pools, a shallow pool for the little ones, a hot tub for relaxation, a well-equipped fitness center, a tennis court for some friendly competition, and a BBQ/picnic area for family gatherings. Kids will love the playground, while nature enthusiasts can explore the Shingle Creek Regional Park Trail, which offers scenic views of the lake and amenities like biking and paddling.

    Guests will be provided a Visitor decal with an atomistic gate magnet for their car for over-night parking. (the decal must be returned to the unit prior to check-out or there will be a replacement fee of $200)

We really enjoyed our 2 stays here. Very easy to find and easy to access. Only issue is 2 flights of stairs with no elevator however they made us aware before coming and it is completely covered. Other than that everything was clean and taken care of.

Easy, check in and host quickly responded to inquiries. Very clean room with plenty of amenities. This unit was on 3rd floor without elevator service so it made luggage a minor challenge. Very quiet and close to most of central Florida attractions.

This was the perfect place for me and my family as we arrive to Florida for our kids first trip to Florida. The beds were comfortable and everyone felt like they had their own space. The house made things extremely easy and was very detailed.

Getting in and finding correct place wasnā€™t easy but once you find it you canā€™t forget because itā€™s the only building with Loweā€™s tape all over it. Up three flights of stairs and kinda sketchy neighborhood. If you need a fan or darkness in your bedroom to sleep bring your own fan and an eye mask. No fans and lights from outside into bedroom. If you like ice bring your own. They didnā€™t even have ice trays. During the day the air conditioning wasnā€™t keeping up and their coffee machine was not working properly. The place was pretty clean and beds were comfortable but a little outdated.

Nice location! Older model Original Units. Please add tissue according to the amount of time a person stays and per bathroom. Send more than one trash bag. If you can contact housekeeping make sure they come. Make sure the after 10 Quiet hour rules are enforced. Please steam the carpets as they definitely need to be clean. Donā€™t say I get 250 deposit back when I donā€™t

The property was in good condition. We liked the layout of the space and use of the kitchen. We liked the bed for the parents but the kids didn't like their beds as much. (Not plushy enough for them.) Having two bathrooms was fantastic! We appreciated staying away from the theme parks after spending the days there and having groceries, restaurants, and gas stations close was a perk. We were sad that the property amenities are only accessible from dawn until dusk so they're not useable if you spend full days at theme parks. There was always parking available at the property. I recommend buying bottled water if you are not used to the local water. (True for everywhere!) Be aware that there is heavy morning traffic in the area as you plan your day and consider travel times. We certainly appreciated the hospitality, comfort, and convenience for our trip of the property. Overall, it was a fantastic stay for my family.

We had a great stay at this apartment and really enjoyed the comfort and convenience it offered. The apartment had wonderful amenities, including a washer and dryer inside the unit, which was extremely helpful during our trip. The clubhouse amenities were also a nice bonus, especially the gym, pool, and jacuzzi. The apartment was very clean and this location comes with parking.The location was excellent and very convenient. It was about 8-12 min to many stores and shopping options, including Burlington, Ross, Walmart, and other nearby places, which made it easy to pick up anything we needed during our stay. The host was very informative, supportive and responded on time. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the amenities, location, and convenience of the apartment. It was a great place for our family trip.

Iā€™m We were really looking forward to our stay, but unfortunately this property was not what we expected. After arriving, we dropped off our bags and headed to the park for a few hours. When we returned later that evening and started getting settled in, we noticed that the sheets on the bed were stained. At that point, it was late, and the idea of sleeping on them or trying to deal with laundry after a long day just wasnā€™t reasonable.What made the situation worse was that the overall condition of the building and surrounding area felt very different from the listing. The property appeared to be in the middle of a construction zone, which created an uncomfortable first impression and made us question whether we wanted to stay there at all.In the end, we decided to leave and find other accommodations rather than spend the night. We understand that things can go wrong from time to time, but clean bedding is a basic expectation, and the condition of the property should match what guests are led to expect when booking. I wish I could leave a more positive review, but based on our experience, I am even more wary of how this was rated so high and a Premier Host.
