Unit was just like the pictures. Great communication from the host, very easy and smooth check-in process. The reason I gave 4 star was when I entered the unit there was a stale smell as if no one had used the unit in a while. One night, there was no hot water, maintenance explained it could have been from the number of people returning from the parks and showering. My stay was also during All Star Worlds. The host can't control the water temperature so overall it was a good stay!
