- This Newly Renovated vacation home is centrally located near all the parks & attractions features high-end finishes & furnishing. It was built with you in mind. Elegant & Contemporary, featuring new Porcelain plank flooring, Quartz Countertop in kitchen & bathrooms, Brand New Kitchen features a very large Island, Stainless-steel appliances, Brand New A/C system & ducts and All new furniture. This spacious and well-lit property features a covered & screened-in patio. This pool home will sure inspire you to relax and enjoy your company; We installed a multi-color LED light in the pool to enhance your experience at night.
For an additional daily fee of $35/night, we can turn on the pool & spa/Jacuzzi heater, otherwise you can enjoy the pool as-is.
This unique property is located within close proximity to Universal Studios, Volcano Bay, Islands of Adventure,SeaWorld, Disney, Gartorland, The Orange County Convention Center, Numerous shopping malls, ICON Park, International Drive, MCO International Airport & Restaurant Row. Located right across from the JW Marriot & the Ritz Carlton.The neighborhood is fairly quiet & sits right across from the Ritz Carlton & the JW Marriott, both have wonderful restaurants & bars.
