The property has a lot of rust in bathroom, around all doors and smelled of wet and damp orders which seemed as mold was definitely present. I did not stay but went to the Hampton inn by Hilton and stayed. The comfort inn and suits will need to refund ALL of my money.

The facilities were appropriate, the room was comfy enough. The only issue was the smell of cannabis on a non-smoking floor. I like the location and the convenience of the check-out time made wonders for us.

For the budget, is a good, clean place to stay with the kids, we went to a soccer tournament in Auburndale and to find a clean safe horel is hard. This one just do it.

Front desk staff had a terrible attitude. Could not explain unauthorized debit to my credit card and was extremely unhelpful. He told me to go check with my bank even though I explained that the hotel amount was debited twice. Will never use this hotel again. If you book through a third party website like Expedia, you pay Expedia and Comfort Suites are debuting again at check in.

Property overall was in good condition just some cosmetics things Staff was great to work with just wish the breakfast would change a little day to day as was the same thing every day Room was quiet and had black out blinds which made it nice. The area around the hotel is not great and nothing real close with all the u turns. Overall if I ever come back I would stay here again.

The bed sheets appeared to be clean and the bathroom was somewhat clean so those other two most important areas. My heating unit did not work the carpet in the room was definitely not vacuumed and the floor in the elevator was downright disgusting.

The room and bathroom was clean and well stocked with what you needed which is a huge plus, they supplied quite a few towel variations which was nice if you have guests or staying .multiple days. The appliances were all in good working conditions, a/c worked .. yes i feel like i need to include this notion since other hotels in the area always had something broken. The staff was friendly ... two staircases and an elevator for traveling in between floors. The gym was in pretty bad shape, the treadmill kept shutting off, the elliptical was broken and the weights were misaing attachments

Rooms need to be overhauled . Curtains were stained , sunk had a crack in it . Bathroom mirror was tarnished. Tub had a leaky faucet . Overhead light kept flashing .

Worst night stay ever. Room smelled of cigarettes. Clearly smokers used it recently. AC was broken. Beds worse than rocks. Don’t recommend.

The door key wouldn't unlock the door easily. It was very trouble some took about 5 min to unlock. The shower had a very large leak. Also there was just something not comforting staying there unsure what but we didn't stay the night and just left. We tried to check out but the front desk person didn't seem to care.

OK stay
I was a guest in room 204. The room smelled heavily of mold and slightly of cigarette smoke. The moldy smell was worsened when we turned on the fan. The fan vent was very dirty and bathrooms were covered in rust and mold

Very unattractive. Cheap, beat up, worn out furniture. We had to ask to have the room cleaned & get fresh linens. Bathroom was very small, poorly designed. Very little lighting.

Immediately walking in, lobby was extremely dark, dirty, and dated. We entered our room and found walls chipped, stained curtains, layers of dust on base of furniture. Some of the lights didn't work, and the room felt extremely dated and did not match the pictures online.

There are better options.
Beds were comfortable. The staff was all right. The bathroom left a lot of room for improvement. The doir would not close all the way due to bent hinges. It looked like someone had punched the bathroom door. The spigot in the bathtub ran constantly and it was staining the tub. Insted of putting a proper repair kit (under $15 at home depot), it appears they tried to turn it further off and the required 2 hands tonturn it back on. In-room furniture seemed worn out and sagged.
