Property could use updating and kitchen is minimal at best but location is amazing for park ave food and shopping and Rollins college

Very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Older apartment small but clean. Washer and dryer was a plus also. Our host was extremely helpful when we had to extend our stay. Would stay here again.
