Charming Winter Park Fully Furnished & Pet Friendly Farmhouse Bungalow

Charming Farmhouse Themed cottage in beautiful Winter Park, FL. This home is centrally located near Rollins College (4 miles), UCF (6.5 miles), and Full Sail University (1.8 miles) as well as just a short drive away from Park Avenue in Winter Park (4.5 miles) and a hop, skip and a jump away from 417 which takes you to Downtown Orlando (11 miles) and Disney's theme parks (34 miles). This house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a large fenced in back yard. The kitchen is fully furnished with a stainless steel fridge, electric oven, dishwasher and microwave. You will have everything you need including pots, pans, utensils, dishware, coffee station, linens, towels, and complimentary shampoo and conditioner in bathrooms. Dogs are welcome with a $100 pet fee and will love the big fenced in back yard! there is no garage, however, there is plenty of space for 2-4 vehicles. All bedrooms have a queen bed. The house is beautifully furnished with farmhouse decor.

Charmingly comfortable!

We were in town for a wedding at Rollins College and the location could not have been better. We were minutes away from the college and close to a variety of shops and restaurants. While the house had the quaintness of a cottage, there was more than enough space to spread out. Cleanliness is a major concern and clean it was! The furnishings were comfortable and the neighborhood quiet. This cute cottage was perfect for us!

This lovely bungalow home had everything we could possibly need. It was very clean and comfortable . We had a nice stay at this quaint old Florida cottage while moving our son up to Ucf . Nice large backyard for the dog to roam . Loved the extra snacks left for our arrival and the doggy toys! The house was very comfortable and made you feel at home . Not too far from Ucf , springs and all the entertainment Orlando has to offer!

Classic old Florida home, which shows it age in some areas. House was clean and well appointed-we had everything we needed. Great backyard for our dog, Piper, to enjoy. Great place for Family Fun

The cleanliness needs an explanation. The cleaners did not show up, however the owner immediately contacted me and the issue was resolved to our satisfaction. Having a great response when things don’t go as expected was much appreciated. The property was comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed for all our meals. So relaxing to have our morning coffee in the backyard and it was a great space for our dog. We took morning and evening walks in the charming, safe neighborhood. Close to downtown shops, restaurants and Saturday farmers market. Very nice list of places to check out was provided which led us to the Botanical Gardens. We would definitely stay here again. Great host and accommodations!!

A charmer with more room than meets the eye!

We love Winter Park, and this charming farmhouse style cottage allowed us to explore town at a very affordable price. (Winter Park hotels are super pricey, but the village itself is a fun, elegant place to visit, with park-like grounds, stores, restaurants, 2 museums, a gorgeous lake.) T The house was roomier than we realized-- three full bedrooms, a nice sized kitchen (with free snacks and cold filtered water waiting for us-- thank you!) and a big fenced yard.. Owner was incredibly on top of things, and immediately responsive and friendly. Access into the house is safe but super-easy. Our bed was comfy, there was a large tv in the master bedroom with free Netflix etc. House has a charming low-ceilinged, farmhouse vibe. A few small touches would put things over the top-- nicer lamps and a bit of color in the living room since it's the first thing you see. But there's a roomy farmhouse table to eat at or work on, plenty of room in the house to spread out for privacy. I think it would be truly ideal for a family looking for a place close both to Orlando and Winter Park. Maybe 15 minutes to WP, and 20-30 to Orlando. We would happily stay again!

Great potential, poor quality

Let me start by saying the host is very responsive and friendly. The check in process was simple. However, this house needs some TLC. The vinyl floors are awful. Bubbling up everywhere. There’s a broken ceramic tile in between the kitchen and living room that causes some issues too. Lots of trips and falls. If you’re wobbly on your feet, best to go elsewhere until this is resolved. The couches are very old and not very functional. The decor is cute and the house is spacious for what it is. Fenced in yard is great. The sheets had some questionable and what appeared to be “love” stains left over from the previous guest. Brown splatter on the kitchen wall. Various left over products from the previous guest as well (comb & hairbrush) in the shower. The house smelt clean right off the bat, but the skeletons came out the longer we stayed. Overall, I would recommend the host, but this property in particular needs some TLC and a more thorough cleaner.
