Stunning brand new 4 Bedrooms, 3 Bath private screened pool townhouse in the sought after Champions Gate Resort. Professionally decorated, 4 Flat TV screen, dining table for 06, patio furniture, free wi-fi, cable channels and much more. House Configuration Bedroom 1: King Bed (Downstairs) Bedroom 2: Twin Bed plus a Bunk Bed (Full Below and Twin above). Upstairs Bedroom 3: King Bed (Upstairs) Bedroom 4: King Bed (Upstairs) Other Common Areas: Baby Pack and Play 1 Full Bath Downstairs (walk-in shower), 2 Full Baths Upstairs and one has a walk-in shower . Kitchen, Living Room, Dining is all Downstairs.

Tiles on the living room, kitchen, dining area. Carpets in all 4 bedrooms, staircase and corridor. Pool Heater is also extra for an additional fee ($35/day plus taxes).
