The first floor has an open kitchen, living room, dining room, and a bedroom with a standard and double bed. There is a small bathroom for guests and a bathroom in the bedroom.

The second floor is the primary living space, with a family room equipped with a projector for movie nights. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs and 3 bathrooms.

We have:

All rooms include fresh white linens and comfortable bedding + pillows. They are sanitized and washed after every customer. Cleanliness is a priority in this home.

Great House!!

We had an amazing time in this beautiful house. It has everything you will need to cook a great meal and also enough towels, pillows. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe.I would recommend the owner to keep up with the maintenance of the house since it's showing a few things that need to be replaced or repaired ( I already told the host about them).I would definitely stay in this great property again.

Nice place for a big active family

This was a great place to stay. Nice neighborhood and sidewalks to run on. A public park a couple of miles away with tennis, basketball, huge dog park, boat launch, running path, and great playground. ALDIs, Walmart, and Publix all very close. The pool was nice to lounge around and in. Beds were comfortable. Clean. Kitchen had everything we needed as a group of 8 which included teenage boys and a 1 year old. Close to all of the Disney attractions. Owners were quick to respond to our questions.

Not everything was as it should’ve been.

The master bedroom is on the second floor. There was a can from pervious guest in garage. Bed in downstairs bedroom was broke. Kitchen was great, pool was great! It isn't a hot tub, its a spa with no jets. The pool deck needed cleaning, hair on deck and boys swim trunks behind sofa in corner. Towel rod on shower in master bedroom was broke. Had to keep asking the host for check in procedures, got them the day of check in at 2:00. It was an okay stay, would look for a different place next time for out family gathering.

Great Location; So-So House

It was really difficult to decide on an overall rating for this property because there were very definite pros (location, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, swimming pool, quietness), but also definite cons (cleanliness, upkeep, not exactly as listed). We arrived on Saturday evening, but we had to reach out to the property manager Saturday morning to receive info about getting in. The PM was responsive, though. When we arrived at the house, it was not as clean as we would like (grit and insect carcasses on the floor), but the beds were clean enough and a bottle of window cleaner was left out, so someone prob did come clean between renters. There really needs to be some overall maintenance done to the place, and either updated pictures or replacements to things that were pictured but not there. One bathroom had no towel rack at all; just empty holes in the wall where it had been pulled out. There were only 6 chairs in the dining room not the 8 pictured. The basketball game pictured was not there at all, the pool sticks had no tips, and the pool table was not level. These were reasons we picked this place, so it was disappointing. It did have a good washer and dryer, and the location for Disney was great.
