Perfect spot

The house amenities were perfect. I cook and had everything I needed. The pool area was perfect. The place and neighborhood was clean. The grocery store and other stores close by so it was convenient. I would definitely stay again.

Champions Gate

We paid for insurance for trip cancellation and we had to leave early because I got an infection while at your facility. BUT you will not return our money. My goal will now be st spread the word to so many others to never do business with you ever again. We know a lot of people and are related to so many it is amazing! Your kitchen was to have linens, one very old stained kitchen dish towel did not qualify. The kitchen tools were pathetic at best. The medical people in Florida believe my infection came from your swimming pool! I have to have more major surgery in April. Instead of just asking for our money back on the 11 days we had to leave early, I may ask for a boatload more. I am very frustrated. This is by far a terrible place to stay and our worst experience ever.
