This home comes complete with a full size washer and dryer , linens, towels, dishware, cookware and utensils. Our home will accommodate up to 8 people comfortably. It has 1 king , a queen, and a set of full size beds.

Quiet Getaway

The rental was clean, quiet, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was great to have paper towel, laundry soap, dish soap and dishwasher pods supplied for us. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and the location was so close to Aquatica and SeaWorld. Having a Publix and a Dunkin donuts next door was so convenient!!

Great Location

We had a very good stay at this condo. It’s very close to Publix which came in very handy. It’s also conveniently close to Universal. The condo is very quiet, 3 large sized bedrooms and the pool area is really (really) nice. I would highly recommend and will keep in my favorites for our next visit.

Great stay!

We stayed for two nights during a quick stop in Orlando to go to Universal. The condo was clean, beds were comfortable, true to posted pics and a great location. The property manager sent us everything we needed for an easy check in. Will definitely plan to stay again when we are in the area. I would say it’s a hidden gem in a great location!

Overall, a very good place in excellent location for our group of 4 attending a conference at the Orange County Convention Center- just 5-6 minutes away by car. It has a beautiful view towards the lake. We could watch the 9pm Sea World lightshow and other theme parks' fireworks from the balcony!!! Left a note with recommendations to the owner to consider: 1) dishwasher worked once, then failed to work (called, left message); 2) one room was very cold (needed more blankets); 3) the 2-bed bedroom lacks a closet (which exists but is unaccesible)- consider adding a portable closet if want to keep the 2 Full beds, otherwise substitute for twin beds; 4) time to replace plates - lots of them are chipped; and 5) seemed there was a wasp nest in the balcony (please remove).

3 of our sales team stayed here during a trade show at OCCC. Much cheaper than 3 hotel rooms. Condo was clean and well appointed, convenient o OCCC and I-Drive. Bonus was we could see the Disney Fireworks every night.

Family trip to Universal studios

Nice quiet clean property in close proximity to the theme parks. We enjoyed having a short drive over and back but being away from the hustle and bustle of the parks lodging. All kinds of restaurants and easy walking access to the local supermarket. Clean property exterior and interior. Would definitely stay here again.

Plenty of space for our family of 6. Recent remodel of the kitchens and baths are gorgeous . Tons of seating for all Comfortable beds and new white linens that are fresh and clean looking. You can’t go wrong with this property. And the location is perfect for the theme parks

Perfect amenities and great location

I had the pleasure of staying here for three nights and three days. It was a short drive to Magic Kingdom and the other amusement parks. The resort has great amenities as did the condo. It was great that a pool was right across the parking lot! The host was very quick to answer my questions (even on Thanksgiving when I expected him to be busy). Thank you, Anthony!

Universal trip

Communication before, during, and after our trip was perfect. The unit was exactly what was shown in listed photos. Everything was clean and comfortable. Perfect location if looking to take advantage of parks in Orlando. We were literally 10 minutes from Universal. Restaurants and groceries were in immediate area also. Will certainly recommend using this unit.

Quality Experience

I stayed at this property with some friends (group of 8 total) and overall had a great experience! The space has a very home-like and comfortable feel. It’s not particularly large in size, but it was perfect for our weekend trip. It’s a corner unit which provides some additional privacy and a nice view of the water. It was also very clean, up to date, and true to the photos. The kitchen and bathrooms were large, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Fairly priced and free parking outside the building. It’s also in a convenient location and easy to find. The owner was very kind, responsive, and considerate of my groups requests. Check-in information/communication was very clear. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend!

Great location & view, but not clean & ant problem

This condo is remodeled, furnishings are nice, and the location on the top floor overlooking the lake is amazing! Unit is also 3 minutes walk to Publix, and across from the 2nd pool, very convenient! And it was nice to have basic salt, pepper, coffee liners, trash bags, dish detergent and sponge available in the unit. However, the cleaning staff did not do much to prepare the place for a new occupant. Bedsheets were nicely made, but everywhere else was dusty and dirty. The dresser, nightstands, tv stand all looked like it hadn’t been cleaned/dusted in a long time. The floors in bathroom especially by corners and baseboards were dirty/not cleaned. The bathroom rug was VERY dirty and had not been washed between occupants. And my main concern was the ants problem. There were tiny fast moving all over the kitchen counter, dining table, living room couch, and main bathroom counter. We did not leave any food open or out but they would be seen the moment we finished eating and if we did not wipe up the table for any invisible crumbs. Even when I tightly bagged dry food left on the counter, the ants could be seen hovering around trying to get in. My makeup stuff also attracted the ants on main bathroom counter. Please do something permanent about this ant problem. My friend in another unit a few buildings away did not have this same problem. It was difficult to get in the front door. We could not unlock it, we had to turn the knob twice to open the front door.

Perfect Place to Stay For a Few Days

This property was the perfect place for my family to stay when going to Seaworld. You could see the Seaworld fireworks show from the balcony and it was an easy and quick drive over to Seaworld!
