This spacious 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom villa at Windsor Cay Resort comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests, offering both relaxation and fun for everyone. On the first floor, you’ll find a luxurious King suite for ultimate comfort. Upstairs, there are three more King suites, each offering plenty of space and privacy. The kids will love the Toy Story-themed bunk room with Full/Full bunk beds and the Mickey Mouse-themed bunk room with Full/Full bunk beds, both sharing a hallway bathroom. For entertainment, enjoy the Mario-themed game room and take a dip in the pool, making this villa the perfect spot for a memorable family vacation.

A $250 fee will be charged for any violation.

This is a self-catering property. Initial starter supplies are provided, including:

-One roll of toilet paper per bathroom
-One paper towel roll
-Trash bags
-Basic toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner)
-Dishwashing supplies
-No food or seasoning items are provided.

Housekeeping

-NO daily housekeeping service is included
-The property is professionally cleaned prior to check-in
-Mid-stay cleaning is available upon request for an additional fee ($270)

-USPS does NOT deliver to vacation homes -Only UPS, FedEx, and DHL are recommended
-Some resorts may charge handling fees or decline deliveries

Pool Heating Important

-$35 per day (minimum of 2 days) -Must be requested at least 48 hours in advance
-Maximum temperature: 95°F
-The spa is NOT a jacuzzi and heats only with the pool
-Heating performance may be affected by cold weather; refunds are not provided in such cases
