Great rental

Perfect for our stay in Orlando/Kissimmee. Close to everything we were attending, quiet, clean, and well supplied with the basics.

Peaceful property in the heart of Orlando/Kissimmee

Location of property was very convenient, as it was a hop and skip to Disney, and less than 20 minutes to Disney Springs! My boyfriend and I just wanted a weekend getaway while staying relatively close to home (St. Pete area), and this exceeded our expectations! My favorite part was the Sunroom, as it was very spacious and had lots of airflow. Will definitely stay here again (hopefully before it sells!)

It was fine.

The location of the property was very convenient to everything we needed, and an Aldi is only two minutes away.However, the property is definitely older and it shows the wear and tear. If you aren’t spending much time there, it probably doesn’t matter, but if you’re looking for a place to relax all day, this isn’t quite what I’d recommend.

Quiet and perfect

We stayed for a full week. Loved the location, the accommodations, the pool was nice, the house was close to everything we wanted to do but far enough away to leave the hustle and bustle. The property was clean and had everything we needed and more. Thank you for a great stay.

Lovely little cottage/trailer outrageous cleaning fee

Instead of a sound bite type review let me break down exactly the type of place this is because for the right people it's perfect and I can see for others it would be very disappointing.SIZE: This is a very small trailer. I actually live in a trailer and this is half the size of it so when I say small I mean SMALL. It was absolutely perfect for me and my two boys (11 and 12). I did find it pretty off-putting that the front door enters into the bedroom. Anytime my kids would use it if I was getting dressed or something the whole street could see lol. CLEANLINESS: super super clean NEIGHBORHOOD: this was a WONDERFUL little gated community where half of it are the trailers / somewhat fixed mobile homes hey

Cute, Quaint, and Clean

My family of 3 really enjoyed our stay. Check-in was seemless, the amenities provided were clean and worked great. Plus the accommodations smelled nice upon entering (which is a huge plus since i am pregnant)! Everything you need is provided unless you have some specifics that you want (i.e loofahs instead of using the provided face towels). Its super close to everything you need such as a walmart, target, walgreens, etc. We even found a surprise food truck heaven in the neighborhood which we totally recommend! The only issues (if i would even call them that) is there is no specific driveway for this accommodation so you have to park in grass or somewhere close to the entrance and the tvs can lag a bit but it wasnt a huge bother for us since we spent most of our time out of the house. I cant comment on communication with the property manager as we had no problems and no need to do so during our stay. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking.
