FULLY BEAUTIFUL Townhome OVERLOOKING THE LAKE AND THE POOL, located at Magic Village Yards, a highly sought-after layout with 3 Suites, half bathroom, Gourmet Kitchen and wide Family Room integrates, full service laundry also, a large patio with BBQ and SPA. Upstairs has Master Suite with Balcony and 2 Bedrooms Suites. Magic Village Yards is a Gated Community with a luxurious Clubhouse, It offer amazing amenities such as, 24 Hours Concierge, Restaurant, Fitness Center, Play Room, outdoor heated Pool and Hot Tub. In ADDITION to having UNFORGETTABLE VACATIONS with family and friends IN THE COMFORT OF YOUR OWN HOME.

Please note, that the AC temperature will not be set up lower than 72 degrees.

BBQ grill is an additional fee.
The minimum age required is 18.
Office hours from 9am to 10pm.

Great Location

The Townhouse was very comfortable and close to restaurants and attractions.

Great place- but HOT! Wouldn’t come back

We stayed in March for 5 days. Beautiful, clean, as described and photos match. Wonderful location. Bring your own: Hand towels, if you want more than 1 roll of paper towels, and kitchen was not well stocked. The temperature is LOCKED at 72 (it does state this but I thought there would be fans or something and there was not). No ceiling fans, no tower fans, the property manager refused to bring any fans. The place was humid, extremely hot, we all woke up sweating at night. This was early March when temps were in the 80’s and no humidity. I couldn’t imagine being there in the summer. If they would have been more accommodating with the temperatures or providing fans, this would’ve been 5 stars.

Great stay!

We loved this property. It gave the perfect amount of space for a comfortable stay for our family of five. More towels and/or rugs by the shower would be our only request.

had better magic village experience with a different company

Railing on second floor walkway is too low to the point of being a safety hazard. Cushions / carpet have some light stains. TVs have no smart tv features. Check in instructions were slightly unclear and emergency phone line was not answered. Had none of these issues with other companies operating at magic village.

The place exceeded our expectations

Very lovely place. Exceeded out expectations. I can't wait to plan another trip to Orlando to come and stay here again. Glad we opted to MAGICAL GEM village instead of the Disney resorts.
